They work, but they don’t

They’re beautiful, but we haven’t been able to connect multiple strands and have them all respond the same to the command.

They don’t work properly with syncing up

The lights are very hard to sync up with connecting to the same lights. We paid somebody to put them on the house and they’re not even two weeks old and some of lights are not working or have burned out! I would not recommend buying these lights!

Bad quality control.

I would expect a better product from GE. Bought 3 sets and two of them have several LED that won't sync (display correct colors). From the comments, seems maybe every 3rd string works properly. Comments go back to at least 2018. @Lowes, tell your buyers to stop purchasing this product.

Not worth it

Overpriced - several strands quit working - they get stuck in function modes - I have over $800 tied up in these and regret it badly

Purchased 4 boxes. One wouldnt turn on and the other three had random bulbs out and multiple lights constant red. Took back to the store thankfully. This is a great idea but they needed to do more development and make these right. Maybe another 4-5 years and they will have this down.

Don’t waste your time or money

We bought 4 strands of these lights last year, we were super excited about them! One strand didn’t work out of the box, we did an exchange thinking it was a fluke…no big deal. We used the lights for 4 weeks last Christmas, put them away for the year and got them out last week to hang…2 of the 3 remaining strands don’t work. We’ve done all the trouble shooting we know to do, made an attempt to exchange them, and now are in a position to have to buy more lights. Considering the $2.99 lights instea...

Not able to sync multiple strands together. Limited instructions.

Its tricky syncing multiple strands but not imposs

Lights came on time and all 3 packages worked great!

No inspection or quality testing

Right out of box, some lights appeared to not light up. Unplugging and plugging back in caused some lights to come back and others to not light up. Moved one string I purchased to start to hang on the gutter and I thought I should plug it in just to make sure it worked and the entire string was dead. At this point, I returned all of them as I wasn't going to hang off a ladder to hang stuff that wasn't going to turn on.

Buy extra you will need because half won’t work

Hung three stains and first one stopped working replaced with two more strains to get working several lights stop working during the night.

Only work part of the time

Terrible lights for $40. I bought three boxes and what a waste of money. When the lights first come on you will have a few lights that appear to not be working, when you change the color they magically come back on and you will have a few bulbs that will not change to the color of the other lights, you will have 1 red bulb and the rest green. I will be climbing up the ladder and returning these lights.

Not Recomended

these lights all work with the same remote so if your neighbor has the same lights, he will be able to control yours. the worse part is if you have multiple of these lights in your home you have to pray that they all respond when you use the remote because they dont all always register what you pressed so youll have lights all doing their own thing.

Not good

They should have a function to dissable and only havw one box usable in order to sync up. Have to almost be standing at my neighbors lawn to get all 5 boxes at once.

Not my favorite

Bulbs are bright, single remote can power multiple strands plugged into each other and has a few settings to choose from. However, all three strands I just pulled from the box to hang on the house has multiple bulbs that are out. Changing the settings will have the bulbs spring back to life, but only on a flash setting, they will not work if I want to have a steady glow of lights. Super frustrating, given how difficult it was to hang these lights when they only have 1 hook attachment that barely...

Please, Don't Buy, Don't Even Try

We purchased 6 strands last year and three were out by the following year. We purchased three new ones this year and they don't even work - BRAND NEW. There are major issues in the connectivity (connecting multiple can make them stop working), syncing (they all have the same remote but don't sync together when plugged in together, so you have to make sure you're hitting the buttons just so so that you have them all align and receive the signal simultaneously), and overall durability. Quality isn’t the same as previous years

I owned the previous version of these lights and loved them and ordered 11 sets for the new house. 6 of the 11 were defective before I even installed them. Then 3 other sets failed to change color after install.

Not a good option.

The colors are not vibrant, the patterns are off i.e. 3 red in a row, 2 green etc while using multicolor.
