Never buy again

I will never buy this product or any other ge product. Bought them, put them out, one week later one strand is completely out, the other two strands have half of the lights out. Tried to return them as defective, was told I was unable to return them even with the receipt. Waisted $150 plus an hour drive to return. Thanks a lot. Never buying any Christmas decor from Lowe’s again.

Not worth the price

We bought 4 sets and 2 of them stopped working after 1 year. They are not worth the moneym

Junk. Don't buy.

These lights burn out and need to be changed daily. Had to buy an extra box to change out bulbs. My husband has been on the roof daily since Dec. 1. GE did not honor their warranty. Wanted the original boxes, reception and UPC code. We had one set in the original box and still wouldn't help. I am surprised that GE would make such a bad product and more surprised Lowes would sell them.

Don’t buy!

If I could rate lower I would. I bought two strands two years ago and the sister parts are Pyle not work together to match up like they should so had to attach two different extension cords to the roof to work properly. The next year one strand would not work at all anymore. Bought a new strand to connect again and worked have the time then quit. Now none of them work this year. The kids eat you spend on the expensive lights to try to not have this I rather buy the cheap lights at family dollar ...

Do not buy these

Hung up 3 sets and can’t get them to sync together what so ever. Random lights just do what the want or don’t turn on at all. Then they randomly change settings and one strand will do something completely different. The chasing setting does random not in sync color combos. I want to return these immediately but don’t want to NOT have any lights up for Christmas. Horrible product from GE, which is very shocking. Failed in 3 days

I purchased 3 strings of these lights and 2 strings had a complete failure in 3 days after hanging them. Customer support doesn't even issue you a RMA for warranty replacement; that's right you have to pay for the shipment back to them for a defective product. The lights are awesome if they stay working. Typical GE, you have pay to for them for their issues. GE should stand for "Good Enough" not General Electric.

Do not waste your money

I had these lights for less than a week and some of the bulbs stopped working. I fixed the problem and then 1 month of them being up both strings of lights just stopped working. $100 wasted!! I would never and do not recommend this product.

Questionable lights

I have purchased these lights on 2 separate occasions and had to return to Lowes after climbing up and down ladders on a two story house. When they work ,they looked really nice. A month later they quit working ( changed the fuses to no effect) , so it was back to climbing ladders again.

Useless junk. Broke in less than a month

These are total junk. We have had them up and on for about 2 weeks and they have had issues since the start. One light would be a different color than the strand, and the multi function was just random and awful. Now they won’t turn on at all. For $50 GE should be ashamed to put their name on these. Just wasted $50 for 2 weeks of Christmas lights, and it’s not even Christmas yet.

Not good with more than one or two strands.

The lights are very nice but you cannot sync them with more strands. I have three hanging and it’s difficult to get all of them on the same page. And even then it doesn’t last long.

Do Not Last

Bought 3 strands last year. Each one of them just suddenly stopped working and I had to send in each one for the warranty. 2 of the strands only lasted a few weeks. One lasted one whole Christmas season, then didn't work the next year! The only good news is that GE did honor the warranty and sent a new set in a reasonable amount of time. Will these new ones last? Probably not!

So Frustrated!

I purchased 5 sets of these lights for my backyard fence. Used as one string, they are fine. But once they are strung together, the functions do not sync together; hence, each strand gets on a different color and/or mode. I spent way too much money for this. Sadly, I had already thrown the boxes away. Will not replace with these once they eventually die.

Frustrating

I bought 2 strands recently and my kids and i were so excited we had fancy lights with multiple options. I got them all hung and plugged them in and chose solid color just to make sure all were working. All were purple but about 12 were either red or not lit. Garbage lights

Bought two strings and ran them along the roofline and up the peak of my roof (many hours on a ladder). Worked great initially. I loved the functionality. LEDs started failing within 2 weeks, and cycling the lights seemed to fix the problem, for awhile, then 1 string failed and then the next day the second string failed. Absolute junk. Waste of time

I purchased 15 boxes and installed them on my house and some of them worked, some had a red bulb that never changed. Also they can not be synced. I took them all off my roof after it costing me money for my crew to help install them.

Do NOT Buy!

I wish I had read the reviews before going into the store to buy lights. We were just out running errands and thought we'd stop to buy new lights because our old died after 1-yr. I thought, lets go to Lowes, they have GE lights and those must be more reliable! I WAS SO WRONG! I have 5 strands daisy chained.
