Leaky roof
Would RecommendWe have a flat place for a cupola on our roof. Whoever put the shingle material on it didn't have it down. We replaced with this material, worked great

For torch down, this is the best!
Would RecommendAlthough I prefer the self-sticking, some clients don't want that price of $91.75 a roll of 100 sq ft. So, thats when I buy this!
