Would Not RecommendIf I could give this negative stars I would. I am a professional roofer and I decided to put this on my roof for cheaper aspect than your commercial grade. At first it worked decent and after 4 months the material is completely deteriorating away. Whatever you do do not get this stuff for your house unless you want to have leaks everywhere

Would Not RecommendThis product was installed by a pro. The first year it laid very flat. From the second year to now, the third the top layer has separated all over as well as complete layers. My roof now looks like choppy seas, even though the installer went to great lengths to be sure the surface was CLEAN before rolling it out and pressing it down with a light roller. Even IF the surface was I'll preped that would not explain layer separation! I would not recommended this product to someone I didn't like. No ...

Would RecommendThe overall quality was good but, One roll was damaged on the edge. It was bad enough to be very noticeable but we could not stop and return it as the weather was changing and we had to complete the job. I think the roof will be alright but there should be more quality control on the roofing material.
