Watch Out for Holes and Slits
Would RecommendI bought four rolls of Mineral guard and everyone of them had holes 3/8 to 1/2 inch in diameter in the middle of the roll, and two of them had slits up to a foot long inside as well. I was using over tar so it was OK, but if your aren't it would leak.
Cheap thin paper!
Would Not RecommendThis product is very easy to rip, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Not even 32 ft
Would Not RecommendI purchased this to cover the roof of a game room, which is 32 ft in length. Every single roll was 31ft. Not 32.58ft.

Works for small projects or semi-temporary roofs
Would Not RecommendThis roll is thin and doesn't hold up well with creases or bends in application without tearing. If applied carefully, it will repel water but if the job needs a covering to endure some time, adhesive should be used as well, especially over nail heads. I used a construction adhesive only on a 1/2" ply for a wood rack. Beware of damage under the wide paper wrapper - my roll had been hit with a forklift and I lost probably 16' or material from the tear it created through multiple layers.

good roofing
Would RecommendA great product for quick or temporary repairs. For more lasting repairs, a thicker product is recommended.

New Porch Roof
Would Not RecommendI was excited to try this roll roofing because you install a whole row 3 ft wide faster than regular shingles. I installed this material as instructed and a rain shower came through and blew up the roofing partially, wrinkling it, and ripped it through the nails. This obviously will not stand up to a hurricane at all. I will have to replace it again. Waste of money, around $400.
