Would RecommendWell not exactly instant but a very cool alternative to tar. Easy to cut, flip and peal. Easy to roll. The only problem was the sticky tape to adhere the next section. As other reviews state, i was totally unable to peak it off. Still, a good product and a great upgrade.

NOT 150sf ft of usable roofing
Would Not RecommendMisleading description!.....Although the description says its 150sq ft, there is only 137.5sq ft of usable roofing underlayment since 3" of the 36" wide roll is taken up by the required 3" overlap. Other Manufactures are 39" wide giving you true 150sq ft of coverage. Shop wisely or you will come up 9% short in your estimate. I am now another week late in finishing this project since none of the stores in the area stock this product and need to order it on line.

Not that sticky
Would RecommendWe had a leak in our 20 year old rubber membrane roof (not GAF) and were in a hurry to put it on the new rubber membrane roof before cold weather that would effect the new GAF from sticking properly. We thoroughly power washed and cleaned the old rubber membrane and allowed it to dry. We followed the directions and the weather was good for 3 days after.
