10 years and still no leaks
Would RecommendI live in a bi-level home with a back porch that is above two rooms in my lower level. So the floor of the porch is really the roof of those two rooms. 10 years ago I put down the Weatherwatch when replacing the outdoor carpeting and we have not had a drop of water come into the lower level since then. I live in Colorado so it is not unusual to get 12-18 inches of snow built up on the back porch and then have it melt very quickly and even that kind of heavy saturation did not penetrate the Weath...
This stuff sticks to anything, almost like covering the roof deck with roof cement.

Would RecommendI don't normally write reviews but when a product is good, it deserves a review. I just had my roof re-done over 3 months. now using GAF products (The System) and I'm above satisfied with the products and the Warranty coverage. I previous had another competitor brand (not worthy to mention) and only lasted less than 7years and their warranty coverage was awful. This the best purchase I had made next yo buying my house. Look no further
