What Customers Are Saying

The product is generally considered a high-quality and easy-to-install deck handrail kit. Customers praised its sturdiness, attractive appearance, and simple assembly. The installation process was straightforward for most, especially when using the proper tools. However, some noted quality control issues like misaligned pre-drilled holes that made horizontal installation more challenging. There were also concerns about the openings in the posts potentially attracting insects. Overall, the handrail kit provides safe and secure access to steps with the flexibility to adapt to different configurations, and with proper installation, most customers were very satisfied.

Railing length is longer than shown, awkward angle

 Would Recommend

It took longer to get installed than planned due to the face that the top railing is longer than shown and was awkward to install as delivered. The bottom of the rail was way too low, and the top end of the rail stuck strangely high above where one would normally hold a railing. Luckily the aluminum is very soft and can be cut down in length using normal hand-tools or a chop saw. It would be nice if they offered turned down ends or something other than a plastic plug for the top railing section ...

Great Stair railing!

 Would Recommend

This stair railing is perfect for my deck. The railing was very easy to assemble. I loved the fact that it included square head self tapping screws and bit. The screws were just about non strippable. The railing looks great and is very sturdy.
