What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally considered a high-quality and easy-to-install deck handrail kit. Customers praised its sturdiness, attractive appearance, and simple assembly. The installation process was straightforward for most, especially when using the proper tools. However, some noted quality control issues like misaligned pre-drilled holes that made horizontal installation more challenging. There were also concerns about the openings in the posts potentially attracting insects. Overall, the handrail kit provides safe and secure access to steps with the flexibility to adapt to different configurations, and with proper installation, most customers were very satisfied.

Would RecommendLove it Made well. Looks very nice on concrete steps.
Easy installation
Would RecommendEasy to install. Fit steps perfectly. The adjustable angle without any cutting is a lifesaver.
Not suitable for horizontal use as-is
Would Not RecommendThe railings seem well made but lacking some quality control. The railings are supposed to be adaptable for either slanted (steps) or horizontal use. The predrilled holes provided in the vertical supports are not properly aligned for horizontal use, though. The horizontal crossbeam cannot be made horizontal without drilling additional screw holes. I've checked two of three boxes of the product with same results. Attempting to work this out with the manufacturer.

Mounting screws sold separately
Would RecommendIt was fairly easy to assemble. I was unaware that the screws to attach to my deck were not included. That made installation a two trip process.

Save and Secure!
Would RecommendMy husband and I installed the handrail this weekend and I definitely feel more secure when using the 5 stairs I use to go into the side entry of my house. Both my son and husband were skeptical but once installed they agreed it will be safe and secure for me!!
