Clean and self-drilling
Would RecommendIt was very good at drilling in without needing a pilot hole and the end result looks great. I put in a new exterior door and this product made it look like a professional job. Works well with PVC brick molding. I would definitely use this product again if I had any additional exterior pvc trim work to do. I would recommend this to other folks.

Forget nail
Would RecommendI try to use cortex screws and plugs every time with pvc trim boards, this seems more efficient than nails as i don't need to fill nail holes and paint my boards, unless I am planning to have them painted in the beginning. They blend in nicely, they hold board well and they are removable.

PVC trim screws
Would RecommendUsed the plugs to make a nice clean finish. Would use again

Good product.
Would RecommendPerforms as advertised. PVC must be at least 5/8" thick. When plug is inserted it virtually disappears. Substantial labor savings. Does require an impact driver.

Use 200-400 grit sandpaper to flush the plugs.
Would RecommendVery easy to use. Screw head is small...obvisously not as small as a finishing nail, but cant do much about it. I used PVC trim in the bathroom and used several of these where the floor wasn't straight and I needed to bend the board to make it flat on the ground. If you ever have to remove the board it could be difficult...so do it right. I used sand paper to make the plugs as flush as possible. Worked well.

Head kept stripping, wouldn't seat correctly
Would Not RecommendTried to use this screw, would not seat below the surface like it should. The head kept stripping when I tried to seat the screw further in the decking. Ended up with a dozen screws that were exposed above the surface, threw the rest away.
