Would RecommendThe Ecobee Smart Thermostat Essential is easy to install and get up and running, the app walks you through nearly everything. I did find that the Automatic Staging options mask many configuration settings (like the temp threshold) that I would like to have access to, but others may not require that. I did find the Alexa interface very limited - all you can do via voice command or routine is set a temporary temperature hold

None came with the unit and none is available to download. Frequently referred to the operator's manual on my previous thermostat when I needed to make a change and could always find the answer .... now will have stop and make a call. Would Not RecommendDO NOT GET THIS!! You will regret it. At least twice a week it resets and goes into calibration mode, during which it turns off locks out access to your heat and cool.
