I'm a geek who knows nothing about HVAC stuff. The installation was easy, and when I did have a question I was able to quickly get on the phone with ecobee customer service and they walked me through my issue. Great product, even better service.

Best Smart Thermostat Out There!

My wife and I had been looking at installing a smart thermostat for about a year and had been reading countless reviews. Best Smart thermostat

I have been enjoying this thermostats since I purchased it la year ago. My electric bill has been noticably less and I have more info on my home cooking/heating at my fingertips.

This thing is AWESOME!

Can't say enough about it. We love it! We have monitors ibn each room and it averages the house temp accordingly. There are a lot of cool features too. You can check and change temp from anywhere! it integrates to apple watch too.

Excellent customer service

The builders never turned my furnace on. The HVAC repair guy missed that it wasn't on, blaming it on the ecobee. Ecobbe phone tech resolved the issue in about 10 minutes, having me connect different wires without the unit attached, proving that the furnace was either malfunctioning, or in my case, never turned on. Phone support actually beat in home support from the builder.

Great Product!

Purchased to install alongside a new furnace on 12/1/16 and love it. The remote sensors helped me to balance the system to keep all rooms at an even temperature. Scheduling and smart home/away work great to help only run the furnace as needed. lots of data through the web portal for those who want to really dig into how their system is running.

Hands down the best smart thermostat out there. Works with Siri. The occupancy sensor is a big plus and the ability to integrate remote sensors makes this product a top notch one in the market.

Being in love with my Ecobee

I installed my Ecobee3 by myself using the step by step install on the app. I am neither handy not very technical but it was easy. Now that it's set up, our house is more comfortable especially at night when we can use the sensors upstairs as the temperature reading. Being able to use the app on my android phone to control the thermostat means I don't have to go all the way downstairs to make changes! Everyday I find new things to love about my ecobee3.

I replaced two old mercury thermostats with ecobee3's. Both were challenging installs because of the age of the house, not the ecobees. Customer service walked me through and I had both completed in an hour. System works great. I can already tell the difference.

Love it

Detailed installation guide. I love being able to drop my temp and raise it while I am out of town. I always used to forget to adjust it prior to leaving. Nothing like bumping the temp from bed either.

Easy Peasy

Super easy to install! It took me about 15 minutes and honestly the hardest part was connecting the tiny wires. I am a moderately handy gal. Awesome programmable thermostat

I love my Ecobee3! The remote sensor makes it the best product on the market in my opinion. My bedroom always runs 1-2 degrees hotter or colder depending on the time of year compared to the main thermostat which is in an interior hallway. I live alone so I have the temp reading switch to my remote sensor at night. It's easy to install and the app has lots of cool features for tracking your usage.

EccoBee E3 Thermostat

I have tow of the EccoBee E3 thermostats, I have had them now for a few months. I am using less heating because of the sensor can tell when I am home or not so if I am not allows the house to be cooler than when I am at home. The app for the smartphone is great. This is the first smart thermostat I have owned and at this point I believe it will be the only one. Just a great product and functions as advertised.

Works Great-This unit is the future

Install was a bit more time consuming as I did not have the required number of wires. Support was amazing, as I called on a Sunday afternoon and was helped immediately. It was an easy fix to run another set of wires thru the wall, using the original wire to pull thru so it was a minor inconvenience , and now I don't have to replace batteries as the ecobee is powered by the furnace power.
