Dumbest "smart" thermostat ever!
This is the most frustrating supposedly "smart" thermostat I have ever had the unfortunate chance to encounter. It tries to learn how long it takes to warm the house up by turning on the furnace an hour and a half before schedule - given that our furnace is close to our bedroom, it wakes us up. After you finally realize that you need to set the thermostat to start at 9:30am because you don't want to be rudely woken up before 7:45am (because it's sluggish UI doesn't realize that hours can be sp...

Ecobee E3 Very Happy with the Device
We have been using this thermostat in our home for over a month now and it has been great. Very well thought out product, very straightforward to configure and control from remote devices. Apps supported by Ecobee for Android and IPhone but there is even a nice 3rd party app for my Windows phone!

Taking charge of energy bills
The Ecobee is a great product. After installation and the additional room sensors, our HVAC runs a lot less and the house temp is more consistent from room to room.

Awesome ecobee!!!
Great features and value for the money. I got Ecobee3 last month and really love it. Very Sophisticated but simple to use, was leaning towards NEST but felt ecobee is more user friendly and has lot of features for less price than NEST. Pros: All features, look n feel. Cons: you have to spend extra $'s for more sensors ( Worth it, if you have a deal going on)
