Preforms better than expected

I bought this generator a few months ago and after much research I decided DuroMax was the way to go. I followed the initial break in procedure and the put the unit away. I first used the unit yesterday when severs storms rolled through the area and knocked out power. Connected the generator and to my surprise it powered my entire 2000 sq ft home.

I bought this after our laat hurricane, I ran a smaller one during the multi day outage and was only able to keep our bedroom "cool'" with a portable ac and a spaghetti of cords to trip on for 5 days and decided we needed a whole home choice. Works great

Purchased this unit to power up the house and it does the job well.

Very convenient and easy to use!

This generator has been very convenient to power my entire house. I had a professional electrician connect the inlet and the soft start for the HVAC (5ton). This has been on standby as we have thankfully not had any emergency but it is tested every so often.

The Beast

So far used once during storm. Started up 1st time with no issues. Powered whole house with no problem.cant say enough good things about this generator. Just buy one!

Reliable on Natural Gas

This powerhouse is great when the lights go out. I can run her on natural gas, eliminating the need for gas cans all over the garage and the constant worry that the gas is too old. The battery start works great and the battery self-charges while the generator is running. Hurricane Erin knocked our power out twice this week and we kept everything but the main ACs running.

What a beast!

I bought this right after Hurricane Helene hit our area. I wish I had it it while going through that disaster. Starts immediately, and when testing it with my house (4000 sq Ft), it powers everything up that iOS critical for me. Including 2 hvac units! Great whole home portable!

Got it not too long ago, so haven’t officially had to use it yet, but I’ve had a duromax generator in the past and didn’t have any issues with it.

Its a beast

This is more related to assembly, while the generator came nicely packaged, the packaging caused many problems to assembly. First, the pallet is just wide enough for the wheels not to fit on the generator without moving the machine from one side to the other. Also, there are two bolts holding down the generator, that are not mentioned in the set up that need to be removed. Have not had to use for a power outage yet but testing has gone well. No problems getting the generator up and running.

Great Engineered Machine

From the delivery to the easy set-up, this machine is top notch. I removed everything from the box, read through the instructional guide which is better than most, and I was in short order able to get the machine to the start moment. I am running this on natural gas so once the air was purged from the included flex gas line, it started right up ran smoothly. The 50 cord was connected to house power and we were off and running. Just started my breaki in today, running fine, will add a larger load for a hurricane practice run a little later. Couple small items missing but I'm certain I will be taken care of so no worries there.

i bought a 15000 watt gen also ordered a cover only to find out the 15000 does not have a cover to fit after the rep would not let me finish my last word he hung up on me yes i got upset and got loud but to sell a product and say on covers all the outher gens have covers that fit

This generator gets the job done!!

We had a short term outage & decided to try it out. We were able to get it hooked up and started. Just followed the instructions in the manual and it was up & running. Took care of the whole house. We did a soft start with just the hot water heater & well pump. Then we started the process of turning on breakers for the ones we wanted. It’s comforting to know that we would be ok during a long term outage.

Beast Mode

Delivered on time, easy to assemble and break in. I’ve only used it once for about 2 hours when a transformer blew. Ran two 4.5 ton Daiken Fit variable speed air conditioners, my Pentair WhisperFlow pool pump and everything normal in the house except oven, washer and dryer. Fuel was propane and was at half load.

Reliable Power

We were tired of being without power in bad weather, so this generator has come through in spades. Powerful enough to supply our whole house with power with natural gas until no longer needed. Easy maintenance and easy start.
