Would RecommendBorrowed my son’s for a kitchen remodel. Bought my own soon after. Blade guide is amazing, much more useful than I would have thought. Changing blades is cumbersome. Directions in the owner’s manual didn’t work for me. I ended up disassembling the blade guard.

Get the light
Would RecommendA great saw. Replacing one that was stolen from Jo site. After having the light on my now sixth chop saw I opted to pay the extra for it especially as I get older it greatly eases lining up your cut!

Cuts perfect out of the bix
Would RecommendIt cut perfectly out of the box without having to square it & cuts perfectly each time. My only complaint is it’s hard to see the shadow line when working outside on a sunny day.

Love this saw!
Would RecommendI love everything about this Dewalt double bevel sliding miter saw. I used my first Dewalt miter saw for 20 years. It was my go to. But I recently needed to cut wider boards and didn't want to use my table saw or have to flip the boards, so I purchased this sliding miter saw. One of the best purchases I've made. Lowes was running a special on it so it was the perfect time to purchase.

A MUST FOR ANY SHOP OR JOBSITE
Would RecommendThe best compound miter saw I've ever used. I use this for home projects and set construction for a high school and a local theatre group. Although this saw would be perfect for any jobsite or shop. This saw is so easy to use and the cuts are so precise, that I have no problem relying on this for the smallest and most precise of projects. The adjustments for the mitering, bevels, backstops, and everything are so easy to use and very intuitive if you have ever used any shop equipment before at ...
