im a ver bass heavy guy and this speaker really imprassed me with its heavy bass and amazing sound quality overall i love this speaker thank you dewalt❤️

Bluetooth compatible

My husband asked for this radio for Christmas because it’s Bluetooth compatible and he wanted to be able to connect and listen to his music and Fox News on Sirius via his cell phone while he’s working on renovating our rental properties and our home. He said it was so easy to connect to the Bluetooth and he loves it!

Sounds good

So far the radio has performed flawlessly. Probably my only complaint would be the size. Although it isn't that big to begin with the unit that I replaces was just under half the size of this unit. And sometimes for me space is a premium.

Another defective DCR028

Pros: Good volume, clarity, size Cons: The first one stopped getting FM stations - returned as defective. The second one randomly loses all of its presets - will have to return This radio sits on my office desk, having never moved an inch, been on a job site where it would get abused.

good radio, Bad switch

Bought this radio for around the garage. It worked great for around 6 months. Now it will cut off and will not come back on unless it sits idle for 4-6 hours unplugged. It will then work for a day or 2 and same thing. Once it cuts off, it will not work on Battery or shore power.

Poor Quality

Bought this less than a year ago for my husband as a gift because the dewalt work radio he had for almost a decade (and was kept on & outside in ALL weather for more than half that time to keep wild animals away from our chickens) finally stopped working. Power Switch Failure after 12 Months

Unfortunately, this product does NOT last. Much like the other users have reported the power button on my radio stopped working about 12 months after purchase. The radio will not turn on while it’s plugged in, nor while using a battery – all features are completely bricked. Had I used this radio on a jobsite, I might understand its short life, but it lived in my climate controlled garage (on a bench) its whole life, then one day it wouldn’t turn on. Bad Radio DO NOT BUY!!!!

This Radio will last about 1 year with light use. I had one replaced under warranty and I am hoping they will replace it one more time. It now turns on by itself and the volume does not work. This is exactly what the first one I returned did, Not worth the money trust me, save your money. 0 stars

Terrible Quality..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this November of 2022 to replace my Old Dewalt radio that had the notorious volume knob issue. This one worked for 6 months and only 10-12 uses in a garage setting that it never moved from since new..Now it turns off and on and cuts in and out..I don’t recommend this to anyone and wish I could get my $ back..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this radio for almost 2 years. It has very good sound quality. It's not quite as loud as you would expect, but still pretty good. I like that it can be powered off of AC or DC, has AM/FM, bluetooth, and AUX, and has presets for the radio. I would definitely recommend.

Not good

I will be returning radio. Sound and volume is mediocre. Does not charge batteries. Limited Bluetooth functions.
