No bogging down even on the deepest setting and no clogs in the dust port. If this one ever dies I’ll buy another.

It is a great hand planer. I had two other corded planers I sold as this is the only one I use now. Easy controls, light weight, plenty of run time, and good power! Great tool, but lacks accuracy
Would RecommendI have had this tool for almost a year now. It runs great with plenty of power and run time on it's brushless motor, but the only thing keeping it at an average rating, for me, is the fact that the blades are hard to align (impossible for me). I purchased the tool new and used it on some smaller stock, but recently I have been working wider stock that will not fit through my stationary planer and discovered the blades were out of alignment. Great product Dewalt as always!!! But my only grip is no storage bin or case for it. Almost 200$’s, the corded option had a case for it. Jusy saying. Needles to say I would buy it again. Keep doing what ya’ll been doin’

Comes in handy
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really came in handy when it came to leveling my framing. Straight walls is a must when putting up sheet rock. The depth adjustment is a great feature. You can control how much you want to shave off.

Great addition to the our mobile cordless kit
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift from my "Wish List" and was weary that it wouldn't have enough power. Had the chance to use it on a ladder and it was amazing to not have to worry about a cord getting stuck on the ladder foot. I've used it alot since then and it's come in very handy for out punch list jobs and minor repairs.

Another Quality DeWALT Tool
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this while installing hardwood floors and replacement doors for a second floor remodel. Like the other DeWALT tools I own, the planer is quick and easy to use with adjustments for blade depth easy to make. Battery power was not an issue and the single battery used in the planer was near full power after fitting nine new doors to the existing door frames.
