What Customers Are Saying
The cordless planer is generally well-received, with users praising its power, performance, and convenience of being cordless. It is capable of producing smooth, precise cuts on a variety of wood types. However, some users have experienced issues with blade alignment and the lack of a dust collection system, which can make the tool messy to use. A small number of users also reported the planer breaking down after a relatively short period of use. Overall, the cordless planer is a capable and versatile tool, though improvements to the blade adjustment and dust management systems could further enhance the user experience.

Great tool, very sharp and takes a small cut if needed. I did have to set up and align the blades. Wish it had dual side ports. No love for the southpaws lol.

This planner is amazing!
I bought the DeWalt cordless hand planner last year and I could not be happier with the results! It creates an extremely smooth plane with a single pass and the depth adjustment gives you a wide range of material removal options and the power is unmatched!

Seems like a good tool. One thing I immediately disliked was the thickness adjustment knob. It turns way too easily. Constantly twisted dial when planing horizontally and vertically.
