Nice set in a case

There are times when I need impact resistant driver bits, and this should stand the stress of a typical impact driver. The narrow #2 Phillips is one long solid bit that has a free spinning sleeve for better control, while holding the bit safely in place on the fastener. Really effective tool

I like this set because you can add tips to it, and the larger chuck allows the tip to lock in to it and it makes it impossible for the tip to come out in the screw. The soft vinyl casing allows you to work without scratching the surface. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Great case and easy to use bits

I love the case. Also has space to add my Apex driver bits I already have. Easy install in holder for tour and other bits. Have used on various projects. Bits hold up better than some others I have used. Keep close work from being scratched.

Nice storage box with quality bits!

Finally I have a nice storage container for my bits. This package is equipped with a nice selection of bits already and has storage for more. I was sick and tired of storing my bits in a jar, always fumbling through to find the right one for the job. The organizer holds the bits firmly and also includes a couple of drivers that have a protective guard on to prevent scratching.

Nice Concept

I like the cover, but was surprised to find that you can't change the bits in the long piece - only the shorter one. Aside from the rare occasions when I will need to protect surrounding areas, this product does not offer anything more than the next one.

Very nice impact driver bit set

This is a very nice impact driver bit set. I used this for tightening the screws in our doorways. It works very well. I also like the different attachments included in this set. Works very well with my battery operated drill/driver. Very easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Good starter bit set.

The bit set have most of the basic types needed for various screw heads. The extention has a Phillips head bit in it and the stubby one is empty. Not sure if the bit comes out of the long adapter with the guard but I haven't been able to remove it by hand. The case is nice for holding loose screws while working and has room for expanding the set. Bits fit in standard bit drivers. All in all its a decent buy.

Great Storage and Easy to Use

This was a great addition to the toolbox. This will make storage of bits and pieces much easier and so far the tools work great. I plan on adding more tools to this little box since I can now store everything in one handy place. After just a few days of using, I am already a big fan.

Sturdy and Room for more...

Overall its a solid product, the case is decent quality that it wont come apart after a few dings and drops on the work bench. While I don't think the clear top is necessary, its not a hinderance either, just not sure its necessary to "see in" the box, but again it doesn't hurt anything. The box has additional slots for more bits which is nice, although it would be great if it came full. Took a star away for the space and the left out bits. Great Product - Seems to be well made

This case is sturdy & well made. There is room for more "Tips - Bits". It has 1 long & 1 short guarded Bit holders which are a good idea to protect what ever you're working on if necessary. The "Bits" included are: Phillips Head: 1 PH1, 5PH2 Common Head: 1 4-5, 1 6-8, "Square Head": 3 SQ2 "Torx Head": 1 T15, 1 T20, 3 T25. Great tool, unfortunate packaging

The drivers are great, non-marring, and appear to be durable / impact capable. I think they make a lot of sense compared to the cheaper, ‘grab-a-handful’ type of power driven screw bits and holders. I see the problem with this set being one of packaging. The very heavy duty storage case is probably 3+ times the size it needs to be, creating storage and carrying issues for the user. This isn’t something you can slip into your tool belt, and it takes way too much valuable space in your tool box ...

Very effective!

This was very effective today while putting together my daughter's toddler bed. Usually using my power drill my drill bits slip but using the PH2 u-gaurd piece I was able to successfully put the bed together without any hiccups! I would highly recommend for small jobs around the house.

Handy tool

I really like the way this holds the bits in place. It actually locks them in great. Handy carrying case too. I would recommend this to any handyman or lady.

Apex Impact Driver bit set

It has a very heavy duty case that the bits come in. Has a slide closure, instead of a tab, so no danger of breaking off the tab when trying to open. Comes with two sizes of Apex. I loved that part, was great for not scarring up the door knob when installing. Very heavy duty. The bit however was not long enough to get the screw all the way in. But other than that a great set.

To much trouble

The bits work as advertised ;however, they are more trouble than they are worth. The protectors make the working end of the bit difficult to see when trying to insert into the fastener. I do not feel the cost of the product justifies the gain in protection

Nice, but with some issues

I generally liked the bit set, but with a couple issues. First, the lid is very difficult to open, especially if your hands are dirty. you can slide the lock but then it's difficult to grasp the lid to open. Next, the way you have to remove a bit to change it is very cumbersome. You have push the cover forward to remove the bit,, I think iw would be more natural to have to pull it back to remove or put in a bit.

Great product, easy to use

Great product, no marring on wood surfaces. easy-to-use and fits all my drills and impact drivers. Nice carrying case and expandable for more bits. Interchangeable with other makes.

Great bit set

The case is well made and holds a variety of bits that a person can use in every day jobs. The protective sleeve driver helps prevent marring the material you are working on. Handy Dandy tool

This 18 piece drill set is great for home use, and for crafts. It’s not meant for big projects like building a house, but it is nice and convenient for smaller projects. The shield stops the screw from going too deep, it also, protects finished hardware from scratches. The different screw heads are handy for different drives needed. The 18 piece set comes in a nice hard plastic see through case. APEX great product!

Very nice bit set

This is a very nice impact bit set. The included bits are a good cross section of what you are likely to need in every day use. The bits are held in with a small magnet and the covered guard allow you to hold and place/guide your screw precisely. The bits seem to be of good quality but I haven't used them enough to judge their longevity.
