Garbage, don't waste your money

Bought this trimmer 4/26, today is 8/6 and it has already been taken apart twice for problem solving issues. Still does not run correctly. Spend the money, get a Stihl.

Horrible

Worst trimmer I’ve ever used, constantly shuts off, takes 10 plus pulls to start every time even if it was just in use, and the line loader doesn’t work well and takes forever to reload. I’ve reached out to their support email multiple times and never heard back from anyone. Dave your money and buy something different.

Don't waste your money.

I bought this 05/24/25. Spend the extra money and buy another brand, the warranty is a joke. They sent me a list of certified technicians near me. What they don't tell you is if the tech says it isn't a defect you're on the hook for the service fee, usually $100. Tech said craftsman is horrible.

I purchased this trimmer on 6/27/26 and it will not run. The warranty process is more aggravating than it's worth. Lowe's should just except returns. I don't recommend buying this product

Garbage

I will spend two hours weed whacking my yard in an hour and 40 minutes of that is clearing line jams or replacing line. I use the recommended line and maintain my equipment. This is just a garbage product.

Bought this trimmer under a year ago

Bought this trimmer under a year ago and basically it’s scrap. I took it to a reputable repair shop and the cost of getting it fixed is more than what I paid

Didn't last 2 summers of lawn care

This is my 2nd summer of use after purchasing this string trimmer. It failed about a month in to the mowing season. Do not purchase. Poorly made and not worth the price. You can get a much less expensive trimmer that will last just as long if not longer.
