The worst brand ever. And Lowes you should care

Got it, used it once. Tried to used it again and the engine was running great but the bottom part wasn’t moving and I could here a metallic noice. Brought it back to get it replaced at Lowe’s and they told me that I need to contact Craftman for a warranty repair because i bought it two months ago! What in the world??? Will Fail at Any Moment

I've had mine for 3 years. No issues. Started using is this season and it's horrible. Had trouble starting it. Changed out the carburetor and worked great for two grass trimmings. It would only run for 5 to 10 minutes and die. Can't restart. New fuel mixture, new carb and gas lines, everything cleaned out and still dies. Cleaned out the muffler and spark arrestor and still doesn't run for more than 10 minutes. I have the trimmer and bought the edger attachment as well. All useless now. Do not bu...

It's junk. too small, no power

I'm 6' tall. I had to bend over to use it. There's no power. The motor was struggling on only small weeds. Very jerky. It's such a teeny gas tank. The trimmer bump head is difficult at best to use.

Craftsman weed eater

Takes 7 times of pulling string to start terrible.

Engine blew

The engine blew up the piston arm was bent and the block itself has parts of it destroyed it completely just feel apart it failed a little over just a year sense I bought it

Horrible product.

Don’t turn it off once you’ve already had it running. God forbid. You won’t be able to start it up again. The trimmer head is horribly designed also. The manual isn’t clear enough to reassemble if need be. Very low quality product and I am insanely disappointed in myself for getting the cheaper product. I thought a simple two stroke would be hard to mess up but craftsman sure have. I want my money back but that’s far fetched given Lowe’s horrible approach to these situations.

Poor Quality

After 7 months of use my weed eater started running rough and dieing after it warmed up. Still ran intermittently for another month or so, now it won't stay running or restart. Tried contacting Craftsman for warranty and was passed to another company that I cannot get to return my emails. Ended up having to buy another weed eater even though mine is still under "warranty." Poor quality and poor service, I'll avoid Craftsman in the future.

Last about two years

These are trash and last about two years, just long enough for warranty to expire. Only reason I just bought another one is because I have several attachments that won't fit anything else -_-
