What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trimmer's lightweight design and exceptional battery life, with most completing large yards on a single charge. Many appreciate its ease of handling and note it performs comparably to gas models. However, some experience frustrating line feed mechanism issues where the string either advances uncontrollably or fails to feed, requiring manual intervention. A few report power limitations with dense vegetation. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the ergonomics and battery performance outweigh the concerns.

Great Trimmer
Would RecommendI love that it’s as powerful as a gas trimmer. Loved how it was easy to use. A full charge battery goes a long way. Very easy to pull more plastic string.

Nice trimmer.
Would RecommendGreat trimmer. I especially like the button by the trigger that feeds the string. Handled everything i threw at it. It was made better by the fact that it came free with the Craftsman electric mower i bought.

String eater
Would Not RecommendYou are spot on saodavi. The same thing just happened to me. I thought I was doing something wrong but after 2 spools gone in minutes I knew there was a problem. Turns out my autofeeder is broken too and under a year old. Beware Craftsman brand is not what it use to be years ago.
