Would RecommendHaving used/owned many circular saws over the years, I have to say this is the best battery operated one I own, and I own 3, yes I own the Mxx (other red vendor) 7 1/4 and the Craftsman is a better saw. The other one has a rafter hook as an advantage, nothing more. I recommend!!

Would RecommendUsed this to cut through plenty of 2 x 4s, pine boards and OSB. Pair this with the 4 ah battery or higher and it really has the power to cut through everything I threw at it! Very pleased with this circular saw.

Would RecommendI have used Miluakee, Kobalt, Dewalt, and this saw. I love how this saw is light. One 4mah battery gives me a whole days use. I bought the 140t blade and have been using it to rip plywood. Works I think even better than others'!

Bad cordless saw
I bought this on 6/28/23. I just took it out of the box to see how it good it works and when I installed the blade and put the battery pack in, I got nothing ! Took off the washer and turned it over , still got nothing ! I have several Craftsman cordless tools and have never had issues with them until this one. Will be returning it to Lowe's.

I had to correct him and told him that this product is a "Craftsman" and not the brand he was calling it. I am impressed with the saw.
