Product was delivered to my house three times and each time there was a problem with the assembly.. in addition,each time I was charged more than the original price.

Product seems to be fine but lacking parts

missing 2 parts, which are very important to operate grill. This item was fully assembled when delivered

Do not buy this grill

Purchased this grill about a year from Lowes and it did well for the 1st year. However starting to have the famous fan issues with error code “ErF”. If you buy this grill – get used to seeing that error code. I wish I would have listened to the older reviews about this grill. If you are researching…pay close attention to older reviews and not the reviews that are a few months old. Just dropped $50.00 yesterday for a fan replacement. Wish I would have gone with the Master Built model now.

No Real Problems

I've had this for two years and have done about 20 smokes on it. It is not perfect, but is generally well build and has worked well for me. I have not had to replace any parts, the silicon fan flap is still intact and working. I did get a fan error once. I think some ash got into it. Clearing the ash and resetting the grill fixed that and have not had an issues since. I normally operate it at smoke temps, 225-375, but I took it up to 600 once. Does not heat up despite doing steps correctly

Complicated and requires so much more than a regular pellet. Takes forever to heat up and uneven cooking spots. If I open the lid it drops 100°. Overall poor purchase.

2 years of light use

In less than two years, I used this grill about 20 times everything is good with the flavor but there are some issues with the shut off switches of the doors. They get stuck and once you open the door to fill charcoal and showing the open door message after you close 5he doors. don't waste your money

This brand-new unit has quit working in 2 of its 3 cooks. So far, no response from char griller after contacting customer service.

Best charcoal grill/smoker I've ever owned.

This is the easiest to use charcoal grill/smoker I have ever used! The only issue I've had so far is that the chimney got hot enough to slightly melt the rubber gasket to the ash hole door. I had to tug a little harder to get it open.

We've had this for a few weeks now and we don't have anything bad to say about it. We have smoked ribs and whole chicken on it several times and you set it a the temperature you want and it stays there untill it's done. I would recommend rhis smoker.

Worked great for 9 months. Then the fan started making a terrible noise and quit working. Can not talk to anyone at chargrilled you got to file a claim online.REALLY!!!!! They work 8to5 Monday thru Friday and they will respond to your claim in 5 Business days. It took them 15 days to respond to may claim and there answer is to unplug all the connections to the fan and see if that resets the fan and maybe it will work again.And if not you might need a new fan.Really!!! Not impressed with there so...

My experience with this grill has been nothing short of fantastic. I'm sorry to hear of the experience the other two reviewers had, but I have had a very positive one. In short the product I purchased functions exactly as advertised and after reading the start-up and cooking instructions, it was very easy to start and run at a steady temperature.
