Great grill

Only issues were after several uses the sensors were off. #2 sometimes fan gets jammed from falling charcoal. But all in all, really like the grill. I use separate digital Bluetooth thermometers anyway

Piece of crap

Do not buy this or anything from char grill. Out of 10 uses, not one finished. After 2nd try had to replace fan. No support from Lowe’s or chargrill. 2 different messages that will not allow the fan to work. I have had enough and decided to gut insides and use like a grill. Lowe’s assembled the grill. Worst grill you can buy

6 years and done...

I got this grill as a father's day gift over 6 years ago. At first, I loved it but that has faded over time. I've had some great smokes on this and I've had to struggle to get a smoke to finish as well. There isn't enough character space to fully express my disappointment. Buy something else.

About as useless as a tit-less Seal with pups

Please DO NOT buy. Never comes up to temp, bo matter if you need high and hot for grilling or low and slow for smoking. This Chargriller was a waste of over $800. MasterBuilt is the way to go all day e eryday if you want a reliable, quality Gravity smoker. This pile of shxt is not it. Stay away, you've been warned.

Was the store demo model

I like the concept, i hate that the temp inside the cabinet isn't true. If i set it to 220 to smoke, the actual temp is 210 to 205. It makes a time difference. What should take 4 hrs took me almost 6. Now that i know i can adjust for the difference. But i feel.brand new it should run truer to temp. The inside surface is huge i did cook 8 10+lb pork loins ladt week.

Bought this bad boy on close to $1k with accessories and boy, was I in for a treat! 🎉 The controller decided to kick the bucket, leaving me with a glorified paperweight. 😑 Build quality? Don't get it

If one part doesn't work the whole grill won't either. It's just the fan that had an issue but wouldn't allow the grill to turn on.

Not working on arrival

Thinks door is open so controller won't do anything . Also wifi won't connect so app can see it. They have no phone number. The email in the manual gets returned saying address doesn't exist. Total bail on support. LOWES won't sell them anymore.

Auto Charcoal Smoker

Its been 3 years and no issues, works as a auto offset smoker and a grill.

Waste of money

Was happy at first. Then the problems started door sensors was first. Replace them Then Thermostat went out. Replace it. And now the Thermostat board is out. And the door sensors again. Having problems finding a new board. Just don't buy this go for a pit boss. That way you can get parts for it.

Grill would be great but Lowe's Assembly ruined it

My family purchased this grill for me for Father's Day 2023. From day 1 I have had nothing but problems with it reaching and maintaining an acceptable temperature. I finally got in touch with Char Griller directly and their troubleshooting instructions showed that Lowe's Assembly installed parts incorrectly. Well now because of the abuse due to the parts being installed incorrectly, the parts have become unserviceable.

I like this product so well that I bought a second grill!! This is the best grill I have ever bought!! I highly recommend this grill!!
