Great product as good or better than Blackstone griddles

Love the griddle. It is everything I hoped for and more. Very heavy duty design. High quality build. I bought this over the BlackStone griddles and got it cheaper than BS.

Ignition Switch Failed - Day 2

Purchased the grill on a Saturday. Spent the time to season it for brunch on Sunday....and the ignition switch was already broken. Currently, I'm extremely disappointed in this product

Great griddle for a great price

Love it can grill it all. Least I have not found nothing Assembly of bottom shelf is difficult. Mine had 2 left side grease trail rails. Instructions how to put lid hangers on shows wrong image as if you follow your lid will slide of and hit the ground. Over it's a great griddle and I love it!

Buy a Blackstone!!

I have owned this griddle for a month. All was well until one burner now has a huge flame! There is no grease on it. There is no live customer support on a Saturday. I have no idea if this griddle is safe to use or not. The flame is that big! There "chat now" feature on the website is actual an auto response email saying they will reply Monday.

Side vents too hot

The grill has vents under the flat surface that exhaust onto the side shelves. You can get easily burned. Melted a plastic plate that was sitting on the shelf. Can lay any utensils there, they get to hot to touch. A shame because we love the grill, and it cooks great. Don't like having to always watch what I put on the shelf. Will grill with the shelves down, and get a separate grill table for utensils and serving plates.

This thing is awesome!!!

Already made steak fried rice, quesadillas, breakfast, and Philly cheesesteaks. My family and my neighbors are loving it. My wife says it's better than any restaurants and I have to agree. It is a blast to use.

I can see us using the kitchen a lot less

We were looking for a blackstone after using one at a pretty sizable party (a couple hundred burgers and dogs), but all the local stores were sold out. Saw the flat iron 8036 at Menards,only real difference was the grease drain (way,way better).Assembly was a snap after the shelf(seems like it wasn't just me). No flare ups, no food slipping through the grill, no cooked on mess (just shut off the burners and dump some water on the still hot griddle and the crusty mess turns into liquid you scrape...

Great quality, great price from Menards!

I have 2 smokers, gas grill, pellet grill, & charcoal grill; this griddle gets used far more often and produces excellent results! The "sticker" is now held on with magnets so no trouble peeling off and cleaning.

So glad I got a Griddle

I have always owned a grill (charcoal and gas). I still have a charcoal grill but wanted more flexibility in cooking so I bought this griddle from Menards. The only con I can say was the first step of putting it together. It was difficult getting the bottom shelf in. I figured it out of how to maneuver and angle it between the legs to fit it in. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!

I have had this for 4 days and used it the last 2 days in a row. So easy to cook breakfast on and made cheese steaks for Memorial Day and everyone loved them! So much better then a conventional grill! So far it seems that it will hold up for the long haul and if you keep it seasoned and take care of it the hard cover and soft cover will keep it safe for years.

4-burner flat iron

I have had this 4-burner griddle for a few weeks now and have enjoyed many meals on it. The only real gripe that I have about it is that I wish the cover could hook onto the back of the cooking space to act as a wind & splatter block... I like to position the griddle facing out to the yard so I can watch the activities while I'm cooking, but on windy days that can become a problem... The built-in wind guard under the cook top is on the front, so I'd have to have my back to the activities on wind...

easiest assembly ever

this was the easiest assembly of a grill that I have ever done. easy to follow instructions and took about 20 minutes. the only help I needed was putting the cooktop on ...I have not cooked on it yet for have only had 3 days and have had rain all 3 days but chomping at the bits ready to get this thing fired up ..and another thing seasoning was a snap just follow instructions.

Great Griddle many,many USES

Bought this to replace regular gas grill. Assembly was easy took about a half hour to do. Cleaning the grill top for initial use was simple and fast. Seasoning the grill is just like a cast iron pan,easy to do and will last for years as long as you do it. We have pans that are decades old and better than any non-stick pan out there. I expect this flat top griddle to last longer than any gas grill I've ever owned. I would definitely recommend this grill to anyone.

Menards sells the same grill for almost $100 cheaper.

I would never buy this product again !!

We had this product for a year . Six months in the griddle started on fire in front controls area . We called the company and they didn't want to replace and nor send out replacements stating we probably didn't clean it properly . Well we did and finally I called ( wife previously had sent emails back and forth) they sent replacement parts . Getting it apart was easy, and we opened the replacement parts . I have to say very disappointed in the replacement parts that where sent to us . They fell ...

Damaged in box

The griddle came bent so one of the burners does not work properly. The griddle would be great if it weren't for that issue. The problem is that it's so big and heavy that returning it is a hassle.

Awesome

We absolutely love our new flat iron. Purchased for the cabin to make breakfast a little easier for our family. We do so much more than breakfast now and 95% of our cooking is with the Flat Iron. We love it so much I will be purchasing another for home when in stock at our local menards.
