Product Was good. Delivery never happened
I ordered this product for delivery on April 15th. Was charged an extra $69 for the delivery. Was set to deliver on Saturday the 18th. Delivery never happened and due to this the plans to get this project done was massively effected. I took off an entire week to get my bathroom redone. I didnt get the product until Wednesday the 22nd when I was finally able to get someone I knew to pick it up. Was not refunded anything and the communication from the delivery was not good. started return at home loaded mdse took to service desk. showed bar code to associate and it wouldn't accept it. so your system is not working. I followed directions completely for 2 different returns
