WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

3RD PARTY DELIVERED PRODUCT ON CONSIGNMENT FROM LOWES BARDSTOWN KY. THE DRIVER AND HELPER LEFT IN A HURRY AND SAID I WAS FORTUNATE TO GET MY DELIVERY DESPITE MY PAYING TO HAVE IT DELIVERED THIS DAY. THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHICH WAS 4 SHEETS OF DRYWALL AND VERY HEAVY FOR A SENIOR PERSON LIKE MYSELF. I CALLED LOWES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ASSOCIATE ASKED ME TO BRING THE 4 SHEETS OF DRYWALL IN BY MYSELF FOR A REPLACEMENT. I USED MY "LOWES MONEY" FUNDS AND PAID A DELIVERY FEE AND WAS GIVEN...

5 of 20 sheets damage on receipt

Of the 5 dammage sheet 3 had miner edge damage with torn edge paper at the damage sites. 2 sheet had edge damage and crackes 1o -14 inches into the sheets. The dilivery was not covered and wet from rain and dirty from tire spray. Asking for replacement of the 2 most damaged sheets. Photo attached.
