About 2 months in and so far so good. The depth is not what I am normally used to, but it looks prettier with the counters.

Built in coffee feature

I love that you can make coffee with your fridge. Great layout on the fridge. The freezer space is a bit tight

Shelves on door are too small, eggs don’t fit.

The fridge is fine but had I known the things I know now, I wouldn’t have selected this one. A lot of money for what I thought were upgrades, but disappointments in other areas.

Love the Keurig!

Of course after waiting months and months to get it, the fridge arrived damaged. Despite that, we kept it while we wait for the replacement. I love the Keurig attachment and it is a very pleasing exterior design. My biggest complaint is the opening and closing of the doors. They are very stiff and you need to put a bit of force behind it to operate. The milk side of the door storage is also very cramped. If you use the drop down tray, you lose a lot of useful room.

This fridge works well and cools food quickly. The only negative is that the side drawers are small

Great features, smooth and quiet running! It’s very easy to follow instructions and operate. I only have one complaint it’s hard to hook up to Wi-Fi.

Not sure about this refrigerator

The icemaker freezes up quite often. The hot water dispenser is disabled and it also disabled the Keurig. Overall, frustrated with this purchase. The refrigerator is only a few months old and I need the service to come out already.

Got a lemon!

Did not work from day one! Did not cool at all! Only water dispenser was working , no ice no refrigerator. Had to return it!

Love my fridge!

This fridge is terrific. There is plenty of space on the shelves and I can pretty much see everything as it’s at eye level. The filtered water is delicious! Also the freezer is spacious and I like the separate levels of it. So happy with my choice and worth the wait!!

Marketed as "counter depth" but is not.

This unit's depth is 28.375 inches without the door handles. A standard U.S. residential counter depth is 24 inches. Our previous refrigerator's depth was 26 inches. It's not a deal breaker and isn't too obtrusive. Just remember marketing terms mean nothing. Measure twice - buy once. Overall it's a nice unit with great features and has been reliable.

Customer Service nightmare

Received mine on 9/16. Hoping it is working by Thanksgiving. Arrived with a partially DOA freezer. There is a sealant leak which means it is leaking freon inside the appliance. And since it is leaking coolant. It doesn't have enough to keep both the top and bottom cold. so when ever the top portion needs to cool, the freezer temp jumps 20ish degrees. Great size, quiet, sleek.

Lots of room for everything and stays cold when opened. Very nice lighting inside and simple install. Convenient mobile app too. Smudges and cost of filter are cons.

Good Looking

I purchased with the understanding the Keurig work with reusable pods. This isn’t the case. Very disappointing.
