Awesome Fridge for Great Price

This Cafe fridge is absolute perfection. It has everything we need and we love the wifi feature that's beyond cool. The only negative is space - if you're looking for a larger fridge, you'll likely be disappointed. For our needs as a small family, it's just the right size.

Great, but still some bugs

Love the fridge and the multitude of features. The hot water feature is a bit buggy and slow. Many times taking much longer than it should because it “freezes” up.

Excellent appliance

Easy to use water/ice panel - Keurig attachment is the primary reason we bought this refrigerator...we have one at our primary residence and we love it - Tons of convenient space inside

Nothing but problems

We've had numerous repair people here to fix noise issues, freezing issues, and now the main compartment does not keep cool. Very frustrating.

Great features but low quality

We love the look and features but have problems with water leaks in the front door. Also very low-quality build. The chrome trim on the inside shelves is stick-on and all shelves trim is delaminating and peeling off! This issue should be covered under warranty for a refrigerator less than 5 years old!

Not a good product!

The compressor didn’t last 2 weeks. After having the fridge for not even 2 weeks the compressor went out and fridge and freezer full of food. Has lots of great features but when you can’t use them they are worthless.

Sophisticated Refrigerator!

I absolutely love this refrigerator with a hint of copper on the handle. Having the Keurig on the door clears my counters of clutter.

Pretty but…

This is a beautiful fridge on the outside, I love the Keurig feature and the filtered water and ice dispenser. The inside is kind of cheap and flimsy for the high price tag, the snack door doesn’t open smoothly although I did like the washable liners on the two inner door shelves. Unfortunately this refrigerator never cooled to the factory setting of 37 degrees. The freezer was fine but unless I turned on turbo cool the temperature hovered around 39 to 42 degrees. Less than 1 month from install and 100% down

I just had 14K of Cafe appliances delivered after 5 month wait, finally received my appliances. The refrigerator after 2 weeks is not cooling at all. All food thawed and going bad.

Kuerig Coffee on Deck!

Love the simple yet classy look of this frige! It’s innovative without looking like too much. The coffee on the outside allows less clutter on your counters.

Persistent ice in freezer.

We purchased this Cafe’ refrigerator with the other kitchen appliances in January 2017. So far it has been a descent appliance short of a few issues. First, the K-Cup worked for a while, then started things like spewing the coffee out all over the front of the refrigerator. Basically, we don’t use it after the first year for that reason. Love my new refrigerator!

I waited an extra six months to get the Keurig Cafe refrigerator and it was worth the wait. It makes a great cup of coffee with filtered water. It's also an extremely well-designed refrigerator. There is a place for everything with flexibility on the bins and drawers. The ice cubes are a great size and the crushed ice feature works well.
