I love this refrigerator. It has a lot of room but my favorite feature is the keurig

Brand new refrigerator and nothing but problems

Horrible. I rarely give a bad review, but when its deserving, its deserving. We bought our Cafe refrigerator about 4 weeks ago. After two weeks ice make stopped working. Then, last two weeks a loud noise seemingly from the motor keeps us awake at night. I cant make this up, just a nightmare experience. To top it off, I call GE repair to send someone out ASAP, I called May 8 for service appointment, earliest they will arrive is Monday May 15. SO we will have to put up with loud noise (and no ic...

Have had about a month

Have had it about a month and one of the major selling points for me was the Keurig feature. It malfunctions almost daily and leaks everywhere. Disappointed about that. I’ve only had it a month but the refrigerator itself seems to do the job

Unreliable

Ice maker lasted one year. Ice chute freezes up. Refrigerator does not keep temp. The chrome foil on the drawers and shelf fronts bubbled up.

Keeps breaking and keep being charged to fix

Expensive 2 year old refrigerator keeps breaking and I have to pay a trip charge to come out and fix same problem. 1) it shouldnt break. 2) I shouldnt be charged to have 2 swrvice calls in 6 months to fix same issue.

Refrigerator coffee maker

The refrigerator is excellent. The Keurig coffee maker on the Cafe refrigerator makes great coffee, the problem is it splatters coffee everywhere, what a mess each day.

Good fridge. Minor issues

Overall, good fridge. Only dislikes are that the “measured fill” doesn’t automatically dispense the amount of desired water you input, rather it just shuts off once you reach that amount. Also, the freezer doesn’t always seal all the way and builds up frost around the contact points. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Love it!

I love this fridge from the pull out try tray and all the water dispensing options and of course the keurig feature. The best fridge I have ever owned.

Looks great, but a bit noisy.

I like the way it looks and the interior design of the shelves and drawers. However, it seems a bit loud when the compressor switches on.

Nice smart features

We got this refrigerator as part of a new construction house. We like the fridge. You might want to remember that it is a counter depth fridge and as a result is much more compact than a regular fridge. We needed some time getting used to the smaller space and being more organized with placing things in the fridge. Space aside, we really liked the refrigerator. It has nice features like K-Cup, automatic timers for heating up water etc. No other complaints. It looks great too.

Great looking appliance

Since we have limited space on a galley kitchen I was excited about having a counter depth refrigerator. Empty nesters don’t need all the space anymore and our downstairs refrigerator helps with extra space when needed. Love our product

Amazing appliance

We have now had this refrigerator for several months. Initially I was concerned by the smaller size of the counter depth refrigerator, but that has not been an issue at all. There is plenty of room and an amazing layout. I've been pleasantly surprised by some of the features...the hot water function is used daily, and having the Keurig k cup option is extremely convenient. And, it looks beautiful! I am in love with this appliance. So glad we bought it!

Great fridge overall

We’ve been using this fridge for 2 months now and overall it’s a great fridge. The freezer drawer is a lot bigger than we used to, and it works nicely for compartmentalization. Just a few minor things: The hot water takes a while to heat up the first time, but we’ve scheduled it to heat up first thing in the morning, so it doesn’t take too long after that first heat. The only thing is that it splatters and drips a bit so it needs regular cleaning. We still have not been able to clean all...

Nice Features

The interior can be configured in a variety of ways at your convenience. Drawers are opened from bottom instead of top. This is somewhat awkward since it would be easier to open from top.

Overall Great

Over all it is great. The Kurig feature I would not recommend. It needs work. The water takes a very long time to heat and it splatters all over when making coffee. However, the water is hotter than in a regular Kurig so that is a plus.

So Excited

Received my new refrigerator yesterday. I set it up to WiFi upon arrival. My hot water was hot when I used the K cup dispenser. It was awesome. The refrigerator has great depth and will be perfect in my remodeled home

Poor Quality

Received defective product. The refrigerator's Hot Water and K Cup features never work from the start. If you attempted to use them, the front display screen on the refrigerator would freeze up and would also disable the cold water and ice features. Very disappointing.
