So far, GREAT!

Having had this for less than one week it may be premature to say too much. BUT, so far, I think this is a great refrigerator. It looks good inside and out and it is loaded with more useful features than one can imagine. My research tells me it should be very reliable, unlike the expensive refrigerator this is replacing.

Great Fridge

This is a great fridge. We have been very pleased and it looks great. The GE app has been very helpful to start the hot water process ahead of time. I would say the one downside has been the duration of a time to get hot water for coffee. Roughly 3:30 minutes.

GE Cafe Refridge

I have this refridge for abut 4 months now. The ice maker has leaked from day 1. GE has been out twice already and now has to come back to replace the entire door. Very frustrating and time consuming !!

Its a sturdy overall machine

Would have liked to have precision fill option without pushing and holding the handle for water pouring.

Poor shelf design

If you adjust shelves to accommodate your milk carton the other shelves on that side are too short for much else. The doors are also very heavy to open.

Cafe ComesTthrough

Quality delivers as expected. The refrigerator is flawless. Cold is cold, and freezing is freezing. One gets what one pays for; this one was worth it.

Outstanding

I love everything about my GE cafe appliance package the refrigerator with the Hot water / coffee attachment is my favorite ! They are beautiful to look at! The wifi capability lets me heat my hot water from bed !

Know what you want

I spent a fair amount of time thinking about what I wanted in a refrigerator. The GE Cafe met the majority of my criteria, but is not perfect. Since I can see most of the contents easily, I waste less food, but it’s awkward putting things in the frig, the flexibility and organization feature could be better. Overall pleased with purchase.

Extremely Poor Quality

I have hand nothing but issues with this refrigerator. Refrigerator was put in service on October 15 last year. November we started having issues, freezer door would not close, rails on the freezer door did not work, ice maker chronically getting stuck, front panel celanoid shot, keurig dispenser broke, and the list goes on. I asked for the refrigerator to be replaced or a refund. Unfortunately I received another refrigerator. It was delivered and did not work from the minute they plugged it...

Nice fridge, but Keurig coffee device failed us

A very nice fridge, seemingly well built to go the distance, except for the costly Keurig device which failed early on. This shortcoming bodes poor for cost of ownership long term.

Excellent Refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator primarily because the house we purchased had all GE Cafe series appliances in the kitchen, except the fridge. Upon upgrading the countertops I decided to get a matching Cafe series refrigerator and it looks fantastic. Great layout and ice maker design.

Not only is this refrigerator very nice to look at but it has a great function and features. The layout inside the fridge section is well thought out. The freezer drawers slide out well. Tthe best feature is the design of the ice maker in the door. It’s so easy to pull out compared to other refrigerator. The water and ice dispenser is easy to use and we love the hot water option although one must be a little patient to use it.

Excellent features and delivery

Cafe refrigerator with the Keurig add on was so much more than I had anticipated! Interior storage spaces were very well situated within for maximum storage. Very easy to move shelves around for your specification. Love the digital display on the front. Very easy to use controls.

Beautiful and love the built-in Keurig

We love this fridge! The look of the fridge on the outside is very nice. We love the layout inside and the lighting that comes on when you open it. The built-in Keurig is easy to use and the water and ice dispenser are simple. I don’t think we’ve used all its functions yet but the auto fill, water heating and remote heating to brew coffee come in handy on those busy mornings. Lemon

We have only had the refrigerator for. Less than three months and the starter relay has went out. As a result we are going to be without a refrigerator for almost a month until it is supposed to be repair. Lost all of our food. When unit is working it is a good refrigerator.

Love this fridge!

Purchased this refrigerator because of the keurig features. It saves so much counter space. I gave away my countertop keurig. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this appliance.
