Gorgeous but horrible ice maker

Just had this fridge installed yesterday. Love everything about it except the ice maker. Cubes are very small and it seems we only get three small cups of ice before it’s empty. We drink a lot of water and subsequently use a lot of ice so pretty frustrated. Worst experience ever

Ordered this product 3 times and still have yet to receive a refrigerator. First one was damaged, 2nd back ordered and then canceled, third order the wrong product sent😖. Worst customer service experience in my life

Delivery and installation was a joke

It’s a GE Cafe Refrigerator … what more can I say. Great product, that exceeds expectations. However, I would not recommend purchasing this specific model from Lowe’s. The delivery and installation service left the fridge in an unacceptable state. Do yourself a favor; purchase this refrigerator from another major kitchen appliance retailer.

Many Issues upon arrival

Not only the delivery personnel damaged a lot of my property including scratched on the floor by dragging the refrigerators. The refrigerator has been plugged in since yesterday it has not cooled down at all and is not getting water from the main line at all (yes I checked the faucet and it is open). The autofill feature does not work. Overall completely dissatisfied.

Terrible Experience with Lowe’s Installers

Excellent fridge but terrible experience with Lowes installers. I ordered it, got it installed, I called out that the doors were uneven, they said they couldn’t figure it out and left. I called Lowe’s and they sent an order for someone else to come and resolve the issue, the installers came, pulled up in front of my house and then left, never rang the doorbell. I called Lowe’s, they said someone would call me to get it resolved that day and never got a call.

The refrigerator is great but there is clear plastic on the chrome front we cannot remove and labels that cannot be peeled off

Not a year old, plenty of problems

1. Vibrates constantly (attempts to fix =3) 2. Temperature keeps freezing (38 degrees, 40 degrees, now 44). 3. Temp set at 44, actual is 40 4. A jar of olives fell off the top shelf and cracked the inside ledge (3.5” crack) 5. Suddenly the freezer is frosting, won’t stop

Great fridge.

More than we imagined. Fits great into our kitchen. So much room inside and looks gorgeous outside. Pricey, but definitely worth it.

Great Fridge - Too Bad the Rebate is a SCAM

I overpaid $10K on 3 Cafe appliances purchased at Lowe's, in part because I was under the distinct impression that I would be eligible for a rebate - which is promoted by both GE and Lowe's. Only when I attempted to claim the rebate did I discover in the fine print that purchases made through Lowe's are not eligible, but only through authorized GE dealers. Died within two and a half years

We purchased this refrigerator in May of 2022. We have been calling and bringing GE back and forth to our home since October. We have lost three sets of food because the technician would come out to "fix the fridge" and it would die again within a month. Not only have we lost food and still don't have a working fridge, the GE Appliances Factory Service team is AWFUL. Watch delivery team carefully for install,setup.

More room for food, and the condiment storage is plentiful. I did not like that the delivery people did not make sure all the tape on the inside and outside of the refrigerator and storage container boxes were not taken out of the freezer drawer and installed. The delivery people also did not bring the newly purchased water hose with them. They used the existing water hose that was on the old fridge.
