Cafe is my new favorite
I love how there is light in the back of the fridge that goes from dim to brighter so you adjust to its brightness. The whole this is beautiful. Only problem is I ordered matte black and got black slate. The numbers match for matte black. But it’s ok it’s still beautiful. Wry happy with our purchase

Horrible customer service- never again
Would Not RecommendI paid a fortune for these appliances and the fridge came with no drawers. I have called Lowe’s and cafe over 10 times with no one taking accountability or helping to get me the parts I paid for. 3 weeks now and I can’t stock my fridge. I will never buy cafe or from Lowe’s again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Oh and I paid for a 5 year warranty.

Who would ever have dreamed that a $5000 white refrigerator would come with black sides! Now I have had to spent $800 to get sides that TAPE on so that my new white kitchen doesn't look tacky!

Warning! Pay attantion!
If you don't want to spend $5000 on a new white refrigerator and have it come with BLACK sides, pay attention to the pictures. Now I have to pay another $800 for white covers to TAPE onto the sides. Nowhere were these offered as an accessory. After I get over the shock, I hope I love the refrigerator, which looks pretty ugly in my new kitchen right now.

Missing screw and lowes employees were rude
Would Not RecommendI ordered a cafe fridge, when It was delivered, it was missing a screw. The delivery team called support and we were told to drive to lowes and we would be given a replacement screw with no hassle and it was noted on our account. We drove 30 min to lowes. The employees told us we needed to order a screw they didnt listen to what I was saying. They didn't help me find a replacement or even pull up my order. I was appalled at how bad the customer service was
