Ratings & Reviews for Cafe Counter-Depth 23.1-cu ft 3 -Door 36-in Wide French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker ( Matte White with Brushed Bronze Handles ) ENERGY STAR Certified

Love all the clean lines, lights and adjustable sh

Love that every thought by this s easily accessible! Shelves, drawers, ice are all located with the consumer in mind. I would have given 5 stars except for one minor adjustment I would make. The water dispenser inside is at an awkward angle unless both doors are open. Love the design and sleek exterior without dispensers on the outside.

Best ever

Excellent looking and love the clean look. The capacity works for us.

Clicks all the Boxes

Absolutely beautiful, well made refrigerator. We love the lighting inside and the shelf layout. Wanted a counter depth fridge and this one clicked all the boxes. Smaller cubic feet than what we had , but the layout makes it appear larger. So far so good. Would buy this again without question. Only negative ( and it's not a big deal) is the compressor is a bit louder than what we had.

GE Cafe refrigerator

Love the GE Cafe refrigerator. Rose gold handles, not so much. We cannot get the stainless handles as GE is out of stock.

Avoid at all costs

I have been extremely disappointed with this refrigerator and would advise anyone to avoid purchasing it to avoid the frustration our family has experiences. In the few years we've owned it the plastic folding tray broke, the lights stopped working, and now most recently and what catalyze me to write this review, is the bottom part of the long bar handle on one of the doors has come off completely. It's ridiculous - I thought this was a luxury kind of brand but it's the lowest quality refrige...

Warp and plastic

Make plastic wrap easier to take off and side is warped.

Fancy look!

Great look and love the exchangeable handles. It’s a great staple in the kitchen.

Es una buena nevera

Es una nevera de excelente condiciones con un buen diseño y un hermoso acabado

Refrigerator shuts off and loud compressor motor

The quality is definitely sub-par. Right after we installed the refrigerator in our new property, the temperature setting on the door began to automatically change on it's own. The repair tech replaced the computer board. The compressor continuously ran, and it was very loud and cycles continuously. When it is running it sounds like an engine is starting up and cycles very loudly. The repair tech has made several visits and has not been able to diagnose the cause or correct it. He simply stated ...

Best one I’ve ever had

Fantastic fit for space love the design perfect for lifestyle

Elegant refrigerator

With the brushed brass handles, it’s eye popping. I am happy with the purchase. It’s only a week old, but it has exceeded my expectation for function and style.

All we wanted

Looks great, lots of shelves and storage bins. It’s only been one week so far.

Looks great but don’t like the water dispenser

Don’t like the water dispenser and the drawers and shelfs are not high quality.

No touch-up paint.

Paint is scraped off from packaging. No touch-up paint is included.

Works great and trouble free.

This refrigerator has been excellent. Beyond looking great it has been 100 percent reliable, is quiet and with even temperature control, i installed this on Nov 1 2022. It does everthig a fridge should do. Sit and keep food cold and frozen. I find the matte white exterior easy to keep clean. The metal handles are also easy to clean. When I installed this fridge my electric consumption ( actually usage in kwh not price) dropped 35%. upon replacing my older smaller fridge. I bought fro...

Great features!

Awesome refrigerator. So much space. Very quiet.

Major Quality Issues

Did not last 2 years! Replaced complete cooling system after 1.5 years. Did not last more than 2 months after that. Looks nice, but falls apart quickly!

H2O Fail

The only complaint I have is the water dispenser is in a terrible location and requires the use of 2 hands. For this price point of appliance GE could have done much better. All the other features are very nice. Thankfully there’s plenty of room to keep a jug of water. It’s such a pain I don’t use it. If your a big water drinker skip this model for sure.
