Ergonomic design is Terrible

The shelving is not flexible enough it is not ergonomic. The position of the water spigot is terrible. It is too high and in a location that is difficult to reach on the inside left-hand side of the door. It is impossible to get a pitcher under it. The one wide drawer for deli items should be two separate drawers. The fact that you have to open the left side door first before the right is a pain. Opening the left door is difficult due to the seal

Great for 3-4 years

I loved this refrigerator when we first got it , but once the perks started breaking, it wasn't worth the price. The buttons have all broken off and we have had to replace the screen. Now it appears like where the drink dispenser was it corroded the refrigerator. Not worth the cost.

Great fridge

We had a previous Cafe counter depth at our last house and didn’t hesitate getting one for our move. It’s surprisingly roomy and looks beautiful without being too deep for standard countertops. Love the filtered water inside and the brass logo on the freezer door too!

Super Disappointed

Bought a brand new Cafe refrigerator and it is not cooling. I tried unplugging the fridge and tried resetting the controls and it doesn’t work. Such a pain to spend all this money to now have to spend additional money to fix it. Not a reliable product at all and super disappointed.

Love the matte finish!

It remains to be seen

Fortunately, I had purchased an extended warranty and was able to have it replaced. Otherwise, my warranty began the day it was purchased, and it wasn’t installed until eight months later and I’m glad I got the extended so I could have it replaced. Worrisome

Slow ice maker/Loud fan noise

Ice maker is very slow in making ice. Can't keep up with a household of only 2 people. Recently the fridge has starting making noise when the compressor/fan is engaged. This fridge is only 11 months old!

It’s fine

When it arrived it was incredibly loud, but we resolved that by tightening up the metal piece on the back. What I wish was better: -the stainless steel is not at all fingerprint resistant. A Beautiful Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful appliance. Our contractor said it was the "Porsche of refrigerators." My only issue is w water dispenser. It's built in to walls of fridge & must be accessed from open doors & has a tiny stub of hose you need to hold vessel under w one hand while pressing dispense button w other hand. Not like any water dispenser we've had.

I love how bright the lights are and the capacity of the freezer is amazing! I like having the option of managing temperature by specific degree. I'm entirely thrilled with this purchase!

No QC on the production of this Fridge - BE AWARE

I bought my fridge in Jan 2025, and a few months later after having constant water pooling on my kitchen floor it was discovered that GE failed to install a drain at the bottom of my fridge. So GE had sent a repair man to install this drain in my kitchen.....something that should have been done in the factory. Make me wonder what else they missed, not impressed having to rearrange my day so I was home for the GE repair guy to come do something that should have been done in the factory. Be war...

Love the matte white, never looks dirty. Functions as expected and looks fantastic. We've been using it for five months and no issues.
