Great sleek look

I bought this a month ago and it perfectly fit into my kitchen decor. The refrigerator section was ample as was the freezer. I just wish that it didnt show fingerprints.

Perfect for our house

We are very happy with this refrigerator. On our new build we adjusted where the window would go just do we could fit this refrigerator in the perfect place. Super perfect for us

No ice or water dispenser! NO way am I keeping it

I looks like a nice refrigerator with the exception that it has an ice maker, but no way to get to the ice without reaching up inside the maker and grabbing handfuls of it. Whose bright idea was that?

Nice Fridge...need to fix the ice maker

Fridge is great...no issues except for ice maker over flowing into freezer.

Not silent but very roomy

It did not occur to me that this refrigerator would be whirring and making other sounds. It’s not loins, and I wish it were quieter. For the price, it is worth it though. I also have had problems with the ice maker. Wit fills so high that when I reach in to get ice, the ice falls out sometimes ending up on the floor, which can be dangerous if I don’t notice it and then there is a puddle.

Nice price and size. Awful ice machine.

For the price, it would be hard to find a built-in this size. It’s quiet, doors feel high-end. Seals great. The ice machine design should be fixed. The ice pops out of the ice unit and falls down into the freezer column even with its little door shut. The installation team had trouble because of its size. They had to lay it on the floor from the dolly in order not to damage the ceiling (standard 8 ft). Other than that, I’m very pleased.

great value for a professional fridge

Only issue I have is the ice machine dumps ice in to the freezer. Not user friendly adn wish I would have gotten it without an ice maker

Loss of interior space

I love how the unit looks from the outside. I am disappointed with how little space there is on the inside. There is lack of lighting in the freezer. This is very disappointing.

We love our 48" X 24" GE built in refrigerator!

When our 35 year old built in refrigerator began to die, we needed to find a replacement quickly. We discovered that GE had a 24" X 48" model that would fit. It slipped right in the custom 48" opening! We love the interior lighting, the easy to reach shelf arrangement in freezer and refrigerator sections.

Love the new Frig!

Replaced our 17 year old refrigerator with this model. It is expensive but so far seems to be worth the money. Only complaint are fingerprints on the stainless steel, they show.

ice maker is pathetic

Great looking fridge. Plenty of space for all items. Freezer works well but the ice maker? Really?? Getting ice out with your hands creates a cascade of ice cubes into the lower parts of freezer and on the floor. Any solution for this negligent design?

Ice maker

We have had this refrigerator for about 2 months and the ice maker can’t keep up and it spits ice out all over the freezer. I called right after we purchased and they said it would stop spewing ice after a week or so. It has not. It looks beautiful, but the ice maker is very messy!

Loud

It makes a lot of noise for a long time even though we don’t open the doors that often.

Great Refrigerator

I replaced my old Monogram refrigerator with this new Cafe model. I love the look and refrigerator.

Weak at best

I’ve had this a few months and am still Waiting to adjust to its flimsy, thin plastic parts that don’t fit together well. The ice bucket doesn’t properly hold the ice either. They pinball through my freezer as they drop to the bottom shelf and then onto the floor when I open it. Gasket is also coming loose after three months.

Modern and Functional

We have this unit at our second home. We wanted style, space and efficiency. This unit is quiet and well lit. The ice maker works quickly but needs a taller bin since the ice cubes fall into the freezer when scooping them out.

Less expensive option...you get what you pay for

This was purchased to replace the 14 year old Viking. It was purchased because of the size: my husband didn’t want to do any kitchen renovations in order to replace the Viking (which cane w/our house & has been a disaster since we bought the house.) It’s clear this size & style was created by GE to tend to the market of folks w/ desires for the “commercial sized” refrigerators. The price point appealed to my husband.
