What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the beautiful appearance and high-shine finish, with many highlighting excellent color match and luxurious aesthetic appeal. However, widespread frustration centers on manufacturing defects: numerous reviewers report severely warped boards, poorly cut ends, missing tongues, splits, and inconsistent dimensions forcing them to discard 10-20% of pieces and delay installations. Many question quality control and express reluctance to repurchase. Installation difficulty varies; some find it straightforward with proper tools, while others struggle with warped boards and short lengths creating choppy appearance. Despite visual appeal, manufacturing issues significantly undermine overall customer satisfaction.

Would RecommendGreat color match for the older maple hardwood in my house. Just installed so no sense of durability but it looks great and was well-priced.

Cheap
Would Not RecommendSo many defects it's just not worth it. Spend more on a good product, this has been a very frustrating installation to say the very least. I have been installing hardwood floors professionally for over 25 years. I haven't seen such blatant defects , zero quality control. I will never install this inferior product again. I wouldn't use it if they were giving it away
There are better options
Would Not RecommendWhen you buy from the big box stores in order to get the cheap price you pay, you end up with all the bottom of the line production products. Do yourself a huge favor and go to someone like Prosource. You will pay $1 more per square foot, BUT you will get a great product with none of the complaints you see here. Believe me it’s well spent money not to have aggravation and stress and end up with a floor you love instead of a floor you hate for certain issues.

Good quality, minimal reject pieces
Would RecommendGood quality, very few flawed pieces found in ten boxes purchased. It’s made in the USA. I recommend and I’d buy again.

Expect a lot of damage
Would RecommendThe product was great. Of the four boxes I purchased, two were almost completely destroyed. The flooring was not damaged but, I expect there were pieces missing.

Great product if you can find it
Lack of product on the shelf or in your warehouse. First order had to be cancelled due to the quantity listed on your web site was not consistent with actual inventory. Had to drive one town over pick up the order. The second site listed much more inventory than what was on hand also, but it was enough to cover my needs. Employees were helpful and courteous.
