What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the beautiful appearance and high-shine finish, with many highlighting excellent color match and luxurious aesthetic appeal. However, widespread frustration centers on manufacturing defects: numerous reviewers report severely warped boards, poorly cut ends, missing tongues, splits, and inconsistent dimensions forcing them to discard 10-20% of pieces and delay installations. Many question quality control and express reluctance to repurchase. Installation difficulty varies; some find it straightforward with proper tools, while others struggle with warped boards and short lengths creating choppy appearance. Despite visual appeal, manufacturing issues significantly undermine overall customer satisfaction.

Bruce hardwood floor
Would RecommendWe just put in 220 square feet of this flooring. There was very little waste, the wood was in excellent shape, no broken edges, weird coloring, scratched pieces. I almost didn’t buy this based on the other reviews. I bought 12 cases, used 11 and still have a few pieces left. For this price point I am very pleased with the outcome. Maybe we got lucky…good for us!
poor quality
Would Not Recommendmissing spline sections.. damaged faces...2 boxes did not appear to be complete.

Store didnt register my pickup so rtn impossbl
Would Not RecommendStore didnt register my pickup, so when I went to return the item customer service could not process the request. Causes massive chaos and no accommodations to make it right even for a disabled customer, which violates federal disability law

Floor great- But…
Would Not RecommendMatched a piece of my flooring to the butterscotch sample in the store, it was an exact match - I mean exact- ordered 9 cases and it came and it’s not even close. I mean not close at all- quality flooring - but the color they sent me does not resemble the color in the store -

Great product
Would RecommendOrdered this to add to an existing floor. It turned out great, matches our existing floor perfectly. It was easy to install though we found few that were warped. Still satisfied with the product..

Watch for miss-milled boards.
Would RecommendThe color was consistent throughout and the sizing variation of the boards were good. A decent number of peices had damage to the tongue portion and some were not milled square on the end.
