Ratings & Reviews for Bruce America's Best Choice Gunstock Oak 3/4-in T x 2-1/4-in W Smooth/Traditional Solid Hardwood Flooring ( 20-sq ft / Carton )

Buyer Beware

Very poor quality wood with ALOT of milling issues which if you read the standard response to 1 star reviews is acceptable per company standards. We ended up returning all 70 boxes we received because of the 3 we opened more than half were beyond the normal issues, in my opinion Lowes should not be selling such poor quality flooring.

I appreciate how quickly it was delivered to me.

I had purchased this flooring 22 years ago for my kitchen, and now decided to continue it out into the hallway. You'd think there'd be a vast contrast in coloring due to age, but you'd have to look closely to tell the difference. I love it!

It is a high maintenance product. 50 years warranty I don't think so. It seems like a false statement o this product advertisement. It has been eight months and problems are arising. Such a waste of money. I do not recommend anyone. We experienced a multiple problems. First one was the product shrank. second was bubbled up and pop up. We don't know to ask question and who to get an advise. Such a waste of our money. Please save your money and time not to get this product.

Really good flooring.

Excellent flooring, installed very easily. Scrap rate was less than 1%...no need to overbuy. Packaging is high-quality. Lowes made it easy to order online and pick up at the store.

Bruce hardwood has gone sown in quality

It was different widths and the end were not square

Not your best choice! Buyer beware!

The wood was ordered 4 weeks before needed and delivered 1 week before the workmen were to install. The first box was opened and the tongue of the boards were square, round, missing or broken. That was strange, so we opened another box only to see the same. Okay, let's be safe and open another box from another part of the shipment....same thing. You can not join a sq...

This hardware floor is absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful

Great!

Great quality and easy to install. Matched perfectly in color and height to the 65 year old oak hardwood we currently have.

Very Happy, Easy to Install

We ordered 10% more and did have a few bad pieces. We returned then as pieces and Lowes gave us a refund.

Widths don't match in color or gloss

We were trying to match the oak flooring in most of the house we bought recently (built in 1995). It was a mix of 5-1/4", 3-1/4", and 2-1/4" widths. As near as we could tell from the samples, Bruce Oak Butterscotch was the best match, color-wise. It is no longer possible to get the 5-1/4" width, so we ordered the 2 narrower widths to alternate. Upon partial installation, it became evident that there was a difference in the finish / gloss. One was high gloss, the other was more satin. Not ...
