We use this in our business it is a very efficient machine, easy to use and connect with network, always like the Brother quality.

Easy to setup and use

I have had brother printers in the past and always had great experiences. This one is no exception. Easy to setup and use. One of the first things I look for is toner cost and this printer is on the lower side as far as toner cost. Output quality is great and wifi use was an added bonus. Highly recommend this product to anyone that wants a laser printer that will last.

The service was great. When my printer died, I googled ratings and reviewed this printer. I am completely satisfied. The shipping was the next day and the set up was easy. I am loving the printer. This is the first Brother printer I have owned and it is one of the best I have ever had.

Recto verso’s scan

It’s a good printer, just the scan option via de feeder are not optimal for the price are quoted by this printer. The scan recto verso via the feeder are a pain in the daily ops. Need to put manually the documents on the flat bed to scan recto verso.

Love the automatic double siding

Great all-around printer for a home office. Still new, so I'm not yet sure what the operating cost will be over time.

Great machine with multiple functions

I have had this machine for almost a year, and no issues except for a small hangup when doing an software update, in which it was no fault of the machine as I accidentally bumped the surge protector and shut it off. Warranty took care of the problem, which was a simple reset. I would recommend this machine.

Pretty good unit but has some minor issues

I love the quality of the printing, scanning and copying. I love the automatic document feeder. However I do have some issues with the scanner in that it does not scan the entire 8.5 inch width of the paper. It cuts off about an eighth of an inch on both sides. When scanning a hand written document one has to be careful not to write to the edge of the paper. I also have a design issue. Awesome Printer

Our last Brother printer is still going strong after 9 years of daily use in our home office, but we decided to add this one after another brand color printer failed and we couldn’t be more pleased. Love all the features like 2 sided printing - that will save so much paper! Brother printers are the best on the market.

Great and Easy to Use

The color prints are beautiful and the black and white clean and crisp. The scanner works beautifully. Love it.

I have a very busy medical office that requires a lot of printing of patient instructions brochures flyers charge reports and patient records. I’ve gone through a lot of commercial quality printers and this is the best so far with excellent prices on their toner.

Great replacement

Bought this as a replacement for an 8year old Brother MFC that finally started to require maintenance. So far so good. Easy setup and use.

Great Machine

Other than the fact it doesn't copy 2 sided (It does print 2 sided) I love this machine.

Great machine for the money, very user friendly and great quality print. If your wanting a color machine that has good quality and not $2k this is it, scanner is great and fast for those who use this also.

Better than so-o-o many

Historically I have worked in "corporate world" using commercial grade multi-functional (usually leased) high-end type machines for an office environment. Being a small business, we do NOT lease therefore we need to buy what we need. Had a different manufacturer product and got almost four years out of it. Nothing but issues!

The day I received the printer, I took it out of the box, plugged it into the wall, hooked it up to the network, and it worked perfectly But this would not remain the case The very next day, the printer could not find the network and no laptops could find the pinter. Nothing changed, it just simply went offline. I spent days troubleshooting, rebooting, looking online, making sure it was not my network, etc. Than one day, it reappears. A solid multi-function product, frugal on ink

A solid multi-function product, frugal on ink, with outstanding vivid color copies. The scan function took a little time to figure out, especially when the target for the scan is a remote computer; but once understood, the scanner works flawlessly. The copy function is good, but I do wish it had greater flexibility in enlargements or reductions sizing.

Great printer, great color!

I would recommend this printer, great for home office and college kids.

Simple yet sophisticated

Overall very happy with this product, setup was simple on all of my machines (Win 10, Win 7, and even Ubuntu Linux). We commonly need to print using limited paper supply and this printer will have no issues printing to the last piece of paper in the tray. Prints full color pages quite well, with no streaking or other common issues.
