Not impressed at all

The little green button you push to close cover was broke when received. It is very slow to print and It currently doesn't see the cyan ink cartridge. Nothing but headaches

Amazing Printer!

I've had HP for 20 or so years and I've always had issues with them...Plus, they are expensive in terms of toner. With this Brother, it just works. Amazing product.

Perfect for my small office. The all in one feature is easy to navigate.

Perfect Printing & Great Economy

The printing results are flawless and the economy of toner cost is fantastic. My toner costs have been reduced by at least 75% from my previous printer by another maker. While this printer is slightly slower to warm up and start printing, once started, it is very fast and makes up for this very slight delay. I believe I have found my "forever" printer.

Overall Pleased

There are many features I like including the top loading scanner, multi use paper tray, double sided and duplex printing, easy setup, and mobile printing. There does however seem to be a delay in the start and during printing/scanning functions. This may be something where I can change a few settings for better performance. I've found that if I scan as black and white it appears to function incredibly faster (faster than I'd expect with only change being switching from color). However on the ...

Not reliable for printing 2 sided pages

As some other buyers have stated, the Brother MFC-L8610CDW color laser printer works reliably except for two sided printing of files and documents from the computer. Print commands from the computer and the set up on printer for 2 sided printing do not guarantee the printer will print a 2 sided document. great features

good machine for the price. color photos come out great. using this machine in a small law firm. customer service was great when we needed someone to help with scanning so it would compress files to a smaller pdf . only thing i wish it did was double side copying without having to turn page manually.

Great printer

This printer is great. It's fast and has great print quality. My only small issue is that we use it on our network and the fax driver can not be installed as a local devise on the server.

Perfection

Excellent machine. Never gives us any problems. Prints very quickly.

So far so good

So far, everything is fine. I am disappointed in the printing of envelopes because the input tray takes priority for all printing, so I have to insert an envelope each time that I want to print one. Otherwise, when I am trying to print a full page, it will try to print on the envelope. Scanning works well. Everything OK after just one month.

Everything works as advertised

I bought this printer to replace a clunky and unreliable Cannon printer that was always giving me a data issue light. The Brother MFCL86 works smoothly and issue free.

Best all in one printer period

We replaced an HP color printer with the Brother printer and are very happy with the decision. The Brother printer cost the same as the HP toner cartridges and has superior features. We will never buy another HP printer.

Great machine

We love this new fax/scanner/printer that we recently bought. It works like a dream. Scans both sides, prints both sides. The quality of the print is awesome. We couldn't be happier with it

Like the full duplex feature

I need to understand how to print the color images I have from my camera. but the rest of the features I really like, especially the full duplex feature

Easy set-up and user friendly multi-function !

Love my new machine ! If I could change one thing, I would have the document feeder be capable of duplex copying - the old machine had that function. This was you must use the flatbed to copy one side, then flip over and copy the back side.
