Runs well

It starts easily, holds good frequency ( it is NOT considered "clean power" but is ok for non electronic motor driven loads), picks up and sheds loads with out drama. I use it to power my Lincoln AC 225 welder and it works fine up to ~ 120 Amps. I've more than 200 hours on it, run only ethanol free fuel treated with sta-bil in it, shut the petcock off and let the carbonator run dry when I'm done for the day. This greatly increases the operational life of small engines. I do wish it had a key.

Starts, Runs… shuts off.

Bought this for the purpose of powering light stands on a DIY construction project. It will start, run and shut off after 15-20 min. Read the manual, said blue blinking lights might be for low oil. Decided to just change the oil and got another 3hrs out of it before same thing over and over and over. Same blue lights. Come to find many articles and comments about the CO2 being the issue. Powerhouse that just keeps Going and Going

Some of the people are complaining about their gens not working out of the box. During Hurricane Laura which is when we get ours, there were a few people who had that issue. We did not have that issue though, and we ran this generator 20 hours a day for just about 30 days straight. We did not do the proper maintenance, we just changed the oil and put gas in it. The generator seems to work fine. Wasn’t sure since the associate brought it to my car upside down on a cart! Got it righted wiped the little bit of oil that leaked out up and fired it up. Seems to run just fine. The box was torn up somewhat also.

Missing parts

Bought this generator 1/16/22 but didn't need it until today (2/23/22). I open the box, get out the parts and the hardware to attach the wheels and the front support are missing! Not only that, but the owner's manual doesn't have a parts list. The icing on the cake was when I went to B & S's website and it says nothing about portable generators so I'm unable to leave a review. I had to call their customer support and I won't be able to get the missing parts for 7-10 business days. Glad I have a...

So far so good...

I haven't had to use the generator yet to power the house, but I start it every week to make sure it runs. Starts on the second pull every time and runs fine. It's loud, but you have to pay a lot more money if you want one that's quieter.

This unit starts well and provides power enough for my entire house. The only negative thing is it is louder than I expected.

A competent generator that started right up

I have used it once and there was not anything to dislike. It started on the first pull. It was the first time I ran a generator that was hooked in to my home's panel. I used it for most of a day until the power company restored the power and it ran smoothly the whole time.
