Honest review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great value for the price! Kids love it. But definitely wasn't made to support a adult. I mean it can. But it doesn't like it. Soft wood. Weed wackers chip at it. But just be careful. No real complaints. Just installation company is horrible. But not reflection of product company.

Excelent

My daughter loved even that she play along all the time.

Great Fort, difficult to assemble

I am impressed with the finished product, but the assembly was very difficult. It is a 131 page manual and there are about 40 different bags of various nuts, bolts and screws. It took me at least 4 days to put together myself and I am a builder! But for the price, the finished product is nice, definitely not heavy duty enough for kids over 12 though. Definitely meant for kids age 3-11. Overall, great product, took away a star for being extremely difficult to assemble.

Works for big kids too

I purchased this after months of researching trying to find a playset that my oldest child could also enjoy. She is 9 but big for her age (4’9”), and it took a lot of time to find a set that would work for all 5 of our kids (ages 1, 4, 7, 7, 9). This does take time to put together. With my husband and I working hard, and kids finding the wood parts for us, it took about 20 hours of work. We were very impressed with the quality of the hardware. Once it is put together it is very sturdy. Two of m...

Rotting after a year

I purchased this a year and a half ago. We went for the Cedar one as it was supposed to last longer. At first we absolutely loved it and even recommended a family friend purchase it. Fast forward...A little more than a year later ours is rotting. Super frustrating that we paid extra for the cedar one from the company and it is already rotting. At this point I'm not sure it will be stable for my kids next summer, which puts the cost at 1000 per year. I would not buy again for the price. N...

Fun for the Whole Family!

Wow wow wow ! This took us 2 fulls days to build with 3 people. Highly recommend taking the wood out of the boxes and sorting by letters/Numbers. Others mention the playground referencing boxes but ours did not. YOU WILL NEED A DRILL AND DRILL BITS. all the L brackets require drilling. We had alot of boards come slightly damaged or split but they were still sturdy and we put it together anyways. Some of the gaping for the playhouse walls are a bit off and left weird spacing. However i HIGHLY rec...

Great Playset

We bought this playset about 2 weeks ago, and completed the construction in a couple of days. It comes in 4 large boxes that are well labeled and each box has an inventory sheet for that box. No issues with any missing or damaged parts. I would HIGHLY recommend laying all of the wood pieces out arrange by letter and number. I would also do the same with the hardware - putting them in order by their three digit numbers. The construction manual is pretty straightforward, but pay special att...

Spilt wood pieces

Many pieces of wood were split and filled in. A lot of the pieces didn’t match or fit together making it very difficult to install. Wood seems very thin and flimsy, scared that this will not hold up after spending so much money.

Sky Fort II is Awesome.

Wonderful playset, my 4 yr old grand daughter absolutely loves it. It took my wife and I two and a half days to put it together. The instructions do require particular focus to ensure pieces are properly turned and aligned, but, it was fairly easy to construct. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

very beautiful and strong

very extensive manual, clear step-by-step plan both on paper and on smartphone. lots of different screws. Can be easily assembled by one person except for a few parts. Too bad that one slat and handrail of the ladder are cracked.

Great playset, poor communication w delivery team

The playset is awesome. My kids haven’t stopped playing on it. As soon as their eyes pop open in the morning they run out to play and don’t come in until nap time. Getting it here was quite the experience. The third party Lowe’s uses to deliver gave me the run around and made this experience kind of a headache. It didn’t arrive until a week after the initial delivery date. The main inconvenience was that I had paid a deposit to have it built by a local assembly company. Thankfully they were supe...

Worth it

Compared a lot of others... Very happy with this choice Be prepared, it will take time to set up. Review all instructions, have all tools on hand, BILT app also very helpful

Beautiful set for kids

We opted to have the assembly team build the set for us - the team was actually one guy and he spent about 12 hrs building it - my 2yo loves it - we’re so happy with our purchase.

Wrong hardware set

Great product and vedy sturdy. A few boards would sllit a little but nothing major. A couple pieces came with the corner edges already scared but eh that's just wood for ya. Only downside with the set was I'm pretty sure I got the wrong hardware set. Missing a few key bolts and lags but had extra of others that I had to make do with. Also not sure if it was the playset instructions or the Bilt app instructions, but they could have flowed a little easier. Too much back and forth swapping bits ins...

Great Product

Just completed the Sky Fort 2 for my grandson. Delivery was on time and the way the product is packaged makes it very easy to lay out. Excellent instructions and labeling of parts. Thanks again

Great Product, but Assembly can be a Challenge

Very pleased with the play set thus far (completed building it in early April 2023). The written instructions were quite detailed and accurate, however, we often referred to the video to ensure our orientation was correct. The written instructions were not as easy to determine the orientation of the pieces that were to be assembled. Also, and this was a real problem that all four of us who were involved in its construction experienced, and that is the identifying part numbers on the wood. Th...
