A little small and fragile

The swingset post is about a foot too short, putting the swings too close together. It is definitely not for anyone bigger than 10 years old. The swingset bar is too low for older. The wood is soft and a bit fragile when not all bolted together, but seems sturdy when together, if you don't exceed the weight and age limit. The slide is also not built for any weight challenges. Fun to put together

Good customer service for a missing part, helped with delivery questions. The iPad app is wonderful. We are older adults and took our time to put up the set for our (perfect princess) granddaughter- 6 days about 3 hrs/day but heat was making it hard. The app was perfect to help us. She is exploring it and loves the slide. Love the details, the safety features and the overall look. Yes it will need maintenance but that is expected. Thank you.

Great product!

I bought this for my grandkids and it is awesome! Very good instructions. My husband, son, and son in law put it together in about 6 hours. It is very sturdy and well made. I chose this particular set because it had all of the features I wanted at a great price. I’m really glad we chose the roof style instead of the tarp because it held up great in a summer storm with high winds.

Very well made

We bought this set for our kids for my daughter's 2nd birthday. It was slightly delayed due to covid but customer service was very helpful and accommodating in trying to get it in time which it did. The set is a little smaller then we were thinking but its hard to tell dimensions when you order online. But overall great product, well made and great customer service

Solid playset built to last

Bought this a few months ago and it has been great for my toddlers to play on especially with the social distance measures required.

Solid. Looooong assembly time. 10 hours listed on manual is very misleading.

Wood Quality

One week after installing and never used the wood inside on the platform near the slide area is already peeling and splintering!

Lots of smiles, could have better wood

Overall, I am glad I made the purchase. This has been used everyday since it got put together. The kids absolutely love it. However, I am a little disappointed in the quality of some of the wood received. There are a couple that are split on large parts of the wood pieces which will probably have to be replaced sooner rather than later. Other pieces have huge chunks just flaking off which we have been filling in with wood glue. For the price, I would figure the wood would be better quality.
