Wood is very fragile

Wood is very lightweight and fragile. I’m concerned about how long this playset will survive.

Tanglewood Play set

love this playground a lot! The toddlers love it too! easy to build with 2 people. Kids are 2yrs old but with parental supervision and support they can climb and slide they love to go out a play everyday. Worth the money 100 percent!! fits nicely in the yard not too small but not too big. Will purchase again is I ever need too! The price was within reason and the materials appear like good quality.

Poorly Made & Missing Parts

Extremely tedious to put together. The swing hangers that attach to the swings were missing and I can’t attach the swings. The wood is cheap and several pieces split when inserting screws. Not worth the price at all! Do not buy!!!

Absolutely love it!

The delivery was exceptional- I was sent an estimated time several days prior, then the day of the delivery received a text message that morning confirming the driver would be there between 1-4, then at about 1:15 I received a text that the driver would be there within 15 minutes & he was able to unload where we wanted him to. A kids park for our backyard!

We bought this last summer, all the parks were closed due to Covid, and we had the yard space for a playground. Let’s playground exceeded our expectations, it was so well done! The kids absolutely loved every part of it, swings, lemonade stand, slide. My favorite part about it is that it doesn’t look like a big plastic kid toy in the yard. Everything is sturdy wood (buy ground anchors to secure swing area), including the roof, no big plastic pieces except the slide. It made it look really taste...

Great for small spaces!

We purchased this last year for my two kids, ages 4 & 2. Our yard is spacious, but we wanted a small set to allow for other activities in the yard too. This is perfect! Has provided my kids hours of entertainment (they call it their "park") and doesn't take up the whole yard. They especially love the seating area, which is perfect for snacks or playing store. My husband and I installed this ourselves in about 3 days.

Love it and the kids went nuts when they saw it finished. Had one issue with a board being split in half when I opened the box, called the company and spoke with Angel ( who lived up to her name ) and she had a new one sent out via FedEx at no charge. Awesome product and awesome customer service! Looking forward to many years of fun!

Good kit!

Some of the wood had warped but the well planed cuts and the great hardware was more the able to recover any issue. I have 3 boys 5 years old and under and they love it! I did deviate from the plans one time. Instead of using a small 1/2 inch screw to hold a board in place by way of an angle brace. I drilled a hole and used a t-nut and bolt to add more stability. Fun swingset

The swing set was delivered in two large boxes with no damage.. I was able to inventory the contents by cross referencing each part with an inventory list which included pictures of each part making things easier. Two parts were missing and one part was damaged. I spoke to customer service and was pleaaed with their response. They shipped the requested parts to me in a reasonable time considering the Covid 19 situation.
