Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Arcadia 12-ft x 9-ft Hardtop Roof Steel Gazebo

Backyard discovery saxony grill gazebo

easy to install and sturdy.

Excellent by the pool

Basically put together myself with just help putting the braces to connect the legs up. Easy to assemble! Seems quality and used it all summer to provide shade and protection.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, no delivery

Mon, 8/11/2025 Ordered the 12x24 Arcadia Brown Gazebo with Hardtop Roof. Pain in full using my credit card. Credit card payment was posted so I know they received my money. Fri, 8/22/2025 On Lowes site, it said Estimated delivery was set to Friday 8/22. I scheduled to have people help me move the boxes to backyard and start install on Sat, 8/22 but no delivery. I called Lowes, no help. Nobody called me. I found in reviews a number to call for Backyard Discovery. 0747, Called the numbe...

Good instructions with two bad steps

When flipping over the roof note that one of the cross beams, it may break, I would suggest putting all the mid beams on right side up versus upside down to prevent this.

Great looking and very well made.

Really well made and it looks great. Handy husband and I put it up in 2 days time. Instructions were easy to follow. Really glad we went with this one instead of the less expensive versions online.

Thanks for the help

The online instructions in the paperwork makes it so simple

Great product

I put it together by myself. Great product by the way I am 82 years old.

Accurate

just follow the instructions in detail

Gazebo XL Grill

I purchased this Gazebo approximately 1 month ago in July 2025. It went together very well and the instructions were east to follow. The only problem I had was the anchor bolts. Once I had completed the project I went to anchor the Gazebo to the ground. I made sure not to over tighten the bolts to the concrete. The next day when I went outside I found that 6 of the bolt heads had snaped off right at ground level or just below the concrete. This made it impossible to remove the bolts to replace. ...

Great Value

Easy to build, instructions were clear and concise and they provided plenty of additional hardware for lost pieces and/or repairs if ever needed. Looks great, very happy with it for the price.

Great "BBQ Shack"

Bought this since we've loved our greenhouse so much. Fun build, quality materials. Would recommend!

Great system!!

We love it… it looks great!! So simple to install..

Not Just A Cover For Your Barbecue Setup !

We selected the Arcadia gazebo to replace a 5 yr old metal gazebo that needed repairs. We are extremely happy with the Arcadia. So well built, and easy to put together with the instructions and on line 3 D videos you supply…our third gazebo, and easily the best. We are using it for a different purpose, hosting backyard concerts, and also for showing movies to the grandchildren and neighborhood kids (we have a big screen setup). People love the “stage”…”where did you get it? We’ve attached a phot...

Arcadia gazebo

We finally got the gazebo installed in the backyard and I absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful structure and the only complaint I have is that with our hot weather here and the tin roof, it is a little on the warm side underneath. But we need to shade.

Misleading photo--not usable as a carport!

The photo with a sports car and SUV parked under one of these: FAKE. You cannot park even a Mini Cooper under this and have it covered!! My Mustang Mach E is three feet longer than this can cover. After paying three men to assemble (VERY labor intensive!) I realize this thing sucks.

Great instructions

We’re in the process of putting our carport together, your step by step instructions have made all the difference.

Scheduled delivery changed without notice

Lowes changed the delivery without notifying me to an entire week later. I had people coming over to help me put it together but they changed it without notice on the day of delivery, so I wasted taking a day off.

12x14’ Gazebo

Great gazebo! Looks good and fits our space beautifully. Wife is extremely happy. Will watch to see how it weathers over time. Lessons learned: The instructions provide many opportunities to make mistakes that require disassembly and reassembly. Specifically, the instructions fail to provide accurate indications of top/bottom, front/back, left/right WITHIN in each step. It also doesn’t tell you that you will need two, three, and four people to perform some steps. The online and paper instructio...

Love the features--shelves, charging station!

We bought this for our short term rental backyard and couldn’t be happier! It takes a little time but parts and assembly went smooth. It looks beautiful and quality is great.
