Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Arcadia 12-ft x 9-ft Hardtop Roof Steel Gazebo

Solid and perfect size

I can't say enough good thing about this product!! I searched a long time for something that was going to the size I wanted and withstand possible wind conditions. I had this built in September 2025 and this past winter we experienced lots of heavy wind conditions and zero concerns especially because my area building code requires 3ft footers so it definitely wasn't going anywhere!!! The only complaint from my contractor was the way it was packaged having to unbox everything and find all the ...

20×20 carport

i think, it wouldve been nice to have had the booklet, or the scan code, prior to the boxed parts, arriving on site. since there were so many boxes, it was difficult to get to the box with the instructions. it took 2 men and 1 woman about 6 full days to complete. I dont know if, instructiobs werent clear, or if the men jumped ahead, and thought they knew better ha ha. But the first 2 days was a lot of redoing. Did have left over bolts n screws, but were short on a few, and drip edge. see...

Gazebo

materials looks ok but some hardware might cause a probkem later on such as the tapping screws cause the seL material is so flimsy which might lead to leaks anchors were bad also

Great Product

Very high quality material. Directions very clear and fairly easy to assemble. The pre drilled post made the assembly move faster than expected.

Very Pleased!

I just finished setting up my 24x12 Arcadia Gazebo. Overall it turned out great. Very happy with how it looks. The instructions are just ok, pretty easy to figure out once you get familiar with the parts. I took a star off because a few of the pieces had the holes pre drilled in the wrong spots. This is at least a 3 person job for some parts of it.

Good product

Great product, I erected two.

Beautiful and Built Tough for the PNW

This is my second Gazebo from BYD and couldn't be happier. This one covers my outdoor kitchen and, just like the one I have covering my hottub- its rock solid, real cedar, and easy to assemble. I live in the PNW and having cover- that will not rot and stay beautiful- is essential.

Grill gazebo a must have.

This backyard discovery xl grill gazebo was easy to assemble with 2 people. The instructions were easy to follow. We decided to turn the grill around using the back as the front, so when it rains the water will run off away from the house. We also have a backyard discovery gazebo we purchased a few years ago. I am absolutely in love with their products, from the designs to the quality. Its not flimsy wood this very sturdy cedar wood. I highly recommend their products and will be making another p...

Great gazebo!

Could not be any happier with this purchase. The instructions were clearly written, all of the pieces labeled appropriately, and assembly was easier than expected. Not to mention it looks great and feels very sturdy. Would absolutely purchase again.

Gazebo Proj

AWESOME BUT WAY TOO MANY PARTS / screws/bolts etc

Looks Amazing

We bought the 10x20 - not the easiest thing to put together, it might test your relationship with whoever you are working with lol. Once up, it's amazing! Looks great and very happy we bought it.

Missing 3 boards

I opened up my gazebo and had some friends help put it together, but we got to a stopping point because of missing boards. I am missing 3 of the E04 boards to complete the roof for the metal roof to sit on. During delivery, the delivery guys dropped the 2 heaviest boxes on top of a box that said to not stack on top of me. I watched it from my cameras at my house. I would appreciate a partial refund since all the parts were not included with the purchase. Please get back to me on this matter so ...

Looks great, time will tell 🤞

It took time to put together, but very happy with the results. Time will tell if it stands up to the high winds in Middle Tennessee.

Great Pavilion

I just finished putting this up and it looks great! The building process using the Bilt app was great too. The instructions were very clear. Would absolutely buy again.

It is everything you hope it will be

We were extremely pleased with how the gazebo was delivered, how it was packaged & how easy the installation was. The quality met our expectations.

Backyard Discovery 14x12 Arcadia Gazebo – Outstand

I couldn’t be happier with this gazebo. The 14x12 Arcadia is the perfect fit for our patio, providing both shade and a beautiful focal point in the backyard. The cedar wood is rich in color, sturdy, and really elevates the whole space. Assembly does take some time (a solid weekend project for two people), but every piece is well-labeled and precision cut, which made the process straightforward and satisfying. Once assembled, the structure feels rock-solid and has handled both wind and heavy Neb...
