Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery Arcadia 12-ft x 9-ft Hardtop Roof Steel Gazebo

Large Gazebo

Had a paver patio installed just for this gazebo. Saved it in my cart and waited for a good sale price. Ended up ordering it just before Memorial Day at a steep discount and free delivery to my driveway. It's very heavy, so I had a couple of friends and my wife help move everything to the back yard and put it together. The directions say two people are recommended, but there are a few steps where you will need at least three people and two ladders or you will have a hard time getting it up and s...

Great quality

This gazebo was the perfect size for our patio area. The quality is outstanding and the construction of it was not difficult but just time consuming. I completed it myself except for the front and back beams attachments. Added outdoor string lights and it’s a perfect place to sit and relax.

I use bilt

I like bilt when it matches the product

Great BBQ Gazebo

This is a beast and looks great. Great quality parts and instructions are clear. You will not be disappointed.

Very pleased!

Assembly was at least a 3 person job over the course of a couple days. Helpful to put up temporary supports during connecting the walls together. We got the gutter and mosquito net also. This has been a wonderful addition to help shade our sunny concrete patio. Now we get to enjoy! The only issue we had was with the mosquito netting. They give 3/4” screws to attach the track which are too short to get aligned even with a longer bit. Highly recommend a magnetic bit or little fingers to get thos...

People Stop to look

This purchase has made my outdoor space a retreat from the day to day hustle and bustle . We have received many compliments and even have had people stop and knock on our door

Great installation process

Great quality specifically installed by BlueFiks Company smoothly and professionally

Perfect! Just what I was looking for

I recently purchased the 14x12 Arcadia Gazebo and couldn’t be happier—it’s not only beautiful but incredibly sturdy and well-built. At 67, I assembled it myself with just a couple of simple braces I made, which speaks to how user-friendly it is. I was so impressed that I bought the 12x9.5 Arcadia to expand my patio setup. For anyone in the Midwest, especially Ohio, this is the perfect solution. The wind rating and snow load are exactly what we need for our harsh winters. I compared it to the opt...

Arcadia 20 x 9.5 Gazebo

We absolutely love our new gazebo! It’s perfect for our outdoor space. So many people are asking where we got it, and so I hope that brings Backyard Discovery lots more business. I would highly recommend these products.

wood is a bit cheap but overall not a bad buy

Smells like cedar which is cool. Posts are hollow though. Some of the boards were pretty bent, but still workable and we didn’t have any project stopping issues. It comes in 6 boxes and they are VERY heavy, so make sure you have help moving them. Hammer in your T-nuts. Roof was kind of a pain to finish and probably the hardest part for us (lots of bolts) It fit well in 12-inch diameter footings, but you have to measure pretty accurately. In retrospect, I probably would’ve done 16-inch diameter f...

Would buy again!

Bought it a couple weeks ago. Easy to build, directions were great. Love it.

Outdoor Cooking Area

I purchased my Backyard Discovery Saxony XL grill gazebo to for our outdoor grill station. All of our parts were in great condition and install was pretty straightforward. It’s great having a place to cook and serve hot off the griddle or smoker . Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Great addition to our outdoor area.

Already had this unit for 2 months and it has been such a great addition outdoor area. We live in South Florida and needed a gazebo over the newly updated BBQ area to protect it from the sun and the rain. Once the gazebo was completely up you can feel how sturdy and solid it sits on the surface without having secure it against the wall, it can free stand with no additional support. After an extensive research this unit by far proved to be the more high quality gazebo and the assembly instruct...

Great quality product

Great quality product. I put the bracing together, then hired help to pour concrete footings and assemble the rest. Looks great, super sturdy. Now my backyard is where we do most dinners using the canopy to shade the outdoor kitchen.

Great Addition to Our Patio

We bought our grill gazebo about a month ago and were able to put it together this weekend. It took us about six hours. Most parts lined up well, some needed “coaxing”. Overall we are very pleased with the results and love the way it looks on our patio. It is our second outdoor structure from Backyard Discovery.

Not sure what to think....

This was going to be a 5 star, but now I have to give it a 2. This has only been up for 3 weeks and then one of the support posts is cracking, and today I see a smaller crack forming. Not sure what to do because replacing this one beam means I'm removing a lot of the work I have done. The cracks formed after everything was done.

Fast, Cost Effective and Well Constructed

This kit was excellent. Extra fasteners in case you lost one on the ground while building was a plus. Super easy installation booklet. The app was clunky and too time consuming to use. Love the protection for my car and we will use it for outdoor gatherings as well. I will paint it to match the rest of my house posts soon.

Great product

Built it a month ago. Very good instructions and components. Easy to assemble. Works great on the patio

good quality

takes time to assemble very helpful to have an additional person. I built mine by myself in a week took about 24 man hours to assemble with one guy. read instructions carefully. overall, I would buy this product again.

Beautiful Gazebo

We absolutely love our 14x12 Arcadia gazebo. My husband and I set this up by ourselves. The instructions were impeccable. Although, you do need to have advanced DIY skills in order to tackle we took our time and were able to do it. Every detail was perfectly outlined. The kit itself was extremely high quality. The end product is beautiful and sturdy. We couldn’t be happier with it!
