AMAZING Stratford Pergola

The pergola is just what we dreamed of! The instructions using the app were clear making it easy for my husband and I to put it together over the weekend.

Absolute stunning!

Love love love this pergola and our new outdoor « room ». The only thing we are waiting for is the shade canopy for our size pergola which is on back order. My husband put it together by himself in a few days; said it was easy peasey, just a bit time consuming. If I can figure out how to include a photo, I will!

Very happy with delivery, assembly, and look

Turned out better than expected. Easy to assemble with the Bilt app. Other than getting the crossbars up and posts in place I was able to do everything on my own (w/the help a few ladders). I don't really see much utility in the shade because it is challenging to take on and off and it isn't the most attractive thing (looks like a tarp).

Great Product

Fantastic product, took my two teenage sons and myself 5 hours to install! It’s been windy here and the pergola is very sturdy, I also bolted the four corners into concrete.

An Easy Fix For Our Bare Patio

We got off to a rough start with some shipping damage. A torn carton allowed some paint scuffing and a small dent. Customer Service said they would send us some touch-up paint (more on that later) and we determined the dent would be hidden by another part, so we were good to go. Fits our space perfectly

We bought this pergola because it fit on our current cement slab perfectly. It looks very nice. My 2 sons and myself put it together in 5 hours but it would have gone faster if we did not have to take portions apart to retrieve socket screws that fell inside cross beams. They were a little short and it was hard to hold them in place and drill at the same time. We also noticed a dent in one of the posts when construction was complete. Not sure how we missed that. Beautiful pergola, Very high quality and outstanding value for the money. Countless compliments from friends and neighbors. Contruction was outsourced as it was a little too heavy/intimidating for us to try on our own. Took a crew of three about 8 hours to construct. Durability-check Style-check Value-check. The only thing that would have made this 5 stars would have to made the height taller. I’m 5’4 and I can touch the frame. My son is 6’1 and feels like he has to avoid hitting his head. We are putting 5” blocks under each pole to raise it up to a better height.

Absolutely perfect addition to our backyard. Fairly easy to put together with three people. Seems to be made of good quality materials. I’m very excited to see how this holds up over the next few years. My only complaint is that the sail shade that goes on the top does not stay in the clips very well, so we had to rig our own method of holding it on.

Stunning!

Love how its bringing everything and everyone together. Directions were simple. Some screws didn't thread correct and for the holes that have the outer ring, I superglued the ring prior to screwing. The first started spinning with the screw so there was no getting it in or taking it out. Hung LED lanterns. More decorations to go but the review is for the pergola :)

Amazing! High quality material.

The quality Really surprised me.

I was really surprised at the quality of this pergola. I'm generally suspicious of things of this nature when they advertise "high quality steel" and for good reason because it's normally flimsy tin! Noy this pergola! When I opened the boxes I blowen away at the thickness of steel. Assembly was a breeze for the most part. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the Assembly directions are about as clear as mud on the installation of certain bolts and we had figure it out on our own.

Perfect look!

We purchased this pergola a month ago (after waiting six months for it to come back in stock) and it was worth the wait! I didn’t want to compromise on size so we waited for this particular one and it has exceeded all my expectations. Took about 7.5 hours for two people to put together and was not difficult, just big! The only reason I did not give five stars is because the shade that came with it does not stay on well it any type of wind, (the straps slip) but it’s not a deal breaker. Would buy...

I’m over the moon with this purchase! What a perfect addition to our outdoor space. It provides just the right amount of shade from our AZ sun during the day and with the added lights, creates lovely ambiance in the evening. We will enjoy this for years to come!

No Regrets what so ever

Excellent service and tracking the order all the way up to delivery. My wife and I assembled this in less than 10 hours. Nothing really hour just time consuming so lay it all out before beginning and between the instructions and the assembly phone app it's a piece of cake.
